Hubs stayed in the car while I picked up our pickup order and was greeted immediately by the young girl running the counter who was very nice and great at multi tasking as she was packing my order and holding a conversation with me. I had asked if they had samples as my hubs wasn't sure if the lemon cake would be good or not. Which, if you're a lemon flavored dessert lover, you know lemon flavored stuff can be hit or miss. Either too little flavor or way too much. The young lady let me know that they don't do samples, which I was perfectly fine with and understood and right as I was saying so, in walked the male manager or owner who asked if I had ordered one. Told him I did not and explained about the hubs wanting to try but understood that they didn't do that. This incredibly nice man, gave me a lemon cake mini for my hubs to try (which it was quite delicious as I took a small bite) and the hubs enjoyed it thoroughly. It's great customer service like this from both the young woman and the older gentleman that keeps customers coming back, even when this customer lives in Arlington so this is NOT my closest location lol, but will definitely be THE location I choose to go too. Thank you Crumbl Mansfield team for being efficient and super friendly and for having a nice clean store as well

The pickup process was incredibly easy, quick, and smooth, which made the visit really convenient. Customer service was friendly, prompt, and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the staff created such a positive atmosphere that it immediately stood out. The cookies themselves were absolutely delicious. They were soft, moist, and packed with flavor, and the icing was rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. I also appreciated how fresh everything tasted. The cookies were a really generous size and surprisingly filling, making them feel like a truly indulgent dessert rather than just a quick snack. The Strawberry Milkshake flavor was especially enjoyable and tasted exactly like the name suggests. Overall, this was a great experience all around, from the easy ordering process to the quality of the cookies and the excellent customer service. Definitely a satisfying treat, and I'll absolutely be back to try more flavors in the future.

Especially on the banana pudding cookie! Now that my Mom is here in town I had to have her try the cookies for herself and as always you all did not disappoint! We stopped into this location and it was such a breeze. The line was quick, cookies were fresh, and we were able to select what we wanted and out in a flash! My Mom stated the cookies were delicious and plans on coming back for more! Congratulations on expanding to a new area and look forward to stopping in at your next location!

I really wanted to enjoy my first visit because I had heard good things about this place. When I…read morecame in, I explained that it was my first time and asked what cheesecake they would recommend for someone trying them for the first time. I was asked what I felt like eating, and when I said I wasn't sure and was really just looking for a recommendation, the response was, "Well, if you don't know what you want, how do I know what you want?" I felt a little taken aback by that. I wasn't expecting anyone to know my personal taste--I was simply hoping to hear what their most popular or signature cheesecake was. I decided on the blackberry cheesecake. This is completely a matter of personal preference, but it wasn't what I expected from a homemade-style blackberry cheesecake. The texture and flavor reminded me more of an instant or prepared cheesecake-style dessert than the rich, slightly tangy cream-cheese flavor I personally associate with cheesecake. I also couldn't really detect much blackberry flavor or fruit in it. I don't necessarily need blackberry seeds, but I would have enjoyed some blackberry pulp, small pieces, or a stronger real-fruit flavor. There was also a piped topping on the cheesecake that I expected to taste like whipped cream, but to me it tasted more like a prepared frosting. Again, that's simply how it tasted to me and others may absolutely prefer this sweeter, smoother style. My biggest disappointment was really the overall first-time experience. When someone says they've never been to a business before and asks for a recommendation, I think that's a great opportunity to introduce them to what you're most proud of or what customers order most often. I understand that taste is very subjective, and judging by the people who enjoy this business, their cheesecake clearly has an audience. It just wasn't the homemade, cream-cheese-forward, real-fruit style of cheesecake I was expecting, and the customer-service interaction unfortunately didn't make my first visit feel particularly welcoming.

The Biscoff cheesecake is pure indulgence from the first bite. It has a rich, velvety texture that…read moremelts smoothly, balanced by the warm, spiced caramel notes of the Biscoff spread. The cookie crust adds just the right amount of crunch and a slightly toasted sweetness that complements the creamy filling without overpowering it. It's decadent but not overly heavy, making it dangerously easy to keep going back for another slice. The tres leches cake, on the other hand, offers a completely different but equally satisfying experience. It's light, airy, and incredibly moist, soaked in a blend of three milks that give it a delicate sweetness without feeling soggy. Each bite is soft and almost cloud-like, with a subtle vanilla flavor that pairs beautifully with the whipped topping. It's refreshing rather than rich, making it the perfect dessert when you want something sweet but not overwhelming.

After being sick for two days, I see that it was here this week, AND they had a cheesecake cookie. I didn't feel great, but convinced him to drive me there. I triple checked their closing time on google, and it said 11:00. We went to a different location first. My husband and I pull up at 10:12 to see all the lights out and a young man walking to his car. To say I'm aggravated is an understatement, because it was no where near closing time, and's on top of that, I won't be able to get this particular cookie for a while. I could blame myself if I got there right at closing, but 10:12???! To make things worse, we drive to this location, and THEY had just closed. Please please adjust your operating hours on Google, if 10:00 is closing.

Ok Yelpers ...I officially am a Mochi fan... like, borderline addicted at this point…read more I visited Mochi Mochi and let me tell you that it did NOT disappoint, not in flavor and definitely not in price. I love when you can get quality without feeling like you overspent. I ordered the 3-piece (which lets you pick any three flavors) and went with creme brulee, salted caramel, and strawberry. Every single one was soft, fresh, and full of flavor but that salted caramel... . Whew hands down my favorite. What really makes this spot stand out is how they switch up their mochi menu every month. That's honestly genius to me because it keeps things exciting and gives you a reason to keep coming back and trying something new. While I was there, I noticed quite a few people coming in for their drinks, and I'm not even going to lie they looked amazing. Definitely on my list for next time. Safe to say, I WILL be circling back. FlavorChaser Approved

I liked the fact that they have several different flavors of mochinuts and also have corn dogs and milk teas.
