I like Fiesta markets because you can find produce for so cheap! At my local grocery stores, lemons and limes are $1 each. Here they were 6 for $1 and apparently they get to like 25 for $1..... crazy!! They also have Mexican candy and drinks. Like any other supermarket, they have a bakery, flowers, produce, seafood, meat, dairy, canned goods, alcohol and even cat/dog food. This fiesta seems to be similar to others that I've been to. There was no line to check out and things seemed relatively clean. read more

I always love coming into Fiesta Mart at night- it is always well organized the staff has a smile on their face. And everyone seems to be working well as a team. Bryan Renfro- the supervisor always making sure his team is taken care of- as well as the customers. His smiling attitude does leave an effect on everyone around him as I take a look around. I honestly believe he should get a raise for all the hard work he's doing with the company. Even the security guard always has a sparkling mask on. read more

The cashier was so rude, didn't say one word to us and then tells the person behind her to pass the groceries forward. WTH? In the middle of a pandemic you're telling people to move closer? She tossed all my stuff like she's doing me a favor. A word of advise, you should treat your customers better since the economy isn't doing so well. Absolutely no common sense ! read more

FIVE STARS FOR THE STORE MANAGER, BUT ZEROSTARS FOR THE SECURITY GUARD! I was getting my car fixed at the Firestone (across the street from Fiesta) and I brought my bike with me in order to go workout at Planet Finess. I stopped at Fiesta to get a Gatorade to drink. I also had a clear backpack on that you can see the contents inside the bag. As I walked in, I contacted security and stated that I wanted to get a Gatorade and asked if I can take my bag with me or can I leave it up front by the cashier. The security guard (who was a female) said "No" you can't bring backpacks in here, but here's the kicker! Another customer walked in with a back pack similar to my backpack along with a baby, but the security guard didn't say anything to her. I questioned the security guard and asked why is she allowed to come in with a backpack and I'm not. The security guard responded by saying "I don"t speak English"; however, she had just stated that I could not come in with a back pack in English. Afterwards, she stated, in English, that the lady had a baby so she can come in with a backpack (but wait, I thought that she couldnt speak Engish !) I asked for manager and the store came a greeted me with outsanding professionalism! I instantly felt like a star! This gentleman is real deal and employed common sense rather than potential discriminatory practices. We talked for roughly 30 minutes about a variety of things, but to make long story short, I was able to purchase my drink and move on. I've shopped this location for a long time and it has come a long ways. The new store manager is the real deal and a great addition to the store and the wider community. As a community activist, public official, retired veteran, etc..., It is nice to know that this store or has such outstanding leadership at the helm. I'm not sure how they're gonna resolve the issue with the security guard, but I trust that something will be done considering the promises made by the manager. Thank you Sir "Mr. Store Manager" for resolving my problen and I look forward to continued shopping at this location. read more

Great weekly specials on fresh produce! Whenever I am in town I definitely load up before heading home!!

I went to this location for the first time as a substitute to the three places I usually get groceries and I was extremely disappointed and grossed out. Aside from the cheese isle being also completely empty there was moldy cheese. Not the only place with mold went on over to the fruit section and there was a case with strawberries entirely covered in mold no red in sight just straight mold. Will not be returning. read more

I do this really weird foodie thing--I buy my fish or steaks at Central Market, then I scoot over to Fiesta Mart to save money on produce. I like to grill, and I love to make Tex-Mex like fajitas, pinto beans, guacamole, etc. However, one avocado at Central Market typically costs twice as much as an avocado at Fiesta, and I tell you what--I can't taste any difference. So, as much as it pains me to admit that, on my modest teacher salary, I cannot afford to frequent Central Market. I LOVE Fiesta's tomatoes, avocados, lemons, limes, celery, cilantro, bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, Serrano peppers, and onions. It's a great place to get fresh produce that is also inexpensive. Plus, they have some exotic selections, too. I can almost always get 3 lemons for $1 at Fiesta. I also really appreciate that they sell tortillas from Marquez Bakery in Grand Prairie, Texas. These tortillas are divine and also very inexpensive. They freeze well, too, so I use what I need and toss the rest in the freezer. I also buy boxes of yellow rice, and seasonings. I haven't ventured down other aisles, nor have I gotten any fish from Fiesta. I can't vouch for it, but I will say that the store itself doesn't look clean enough to convince me into trying the fresh meats. read more

I used to love going to Fiesta when their bakery items were delicious! A while back something changed because all of the pan dulce was different. I like my pan dulce and I noticed immediately they were different in taste & visually. I went several different times and tried several different pasties and none were as they used to be. At best they are edible. I haven't been back since. Of course I can't go to the grocery store and just buy sweets, I also spent money on other groceries while I was there. Such a disappointment for me. If I want some Mexican sweets I have to drive to Northside or Southside to get them. read more

I love the selection and the prices, but the management leaves a lot to be desired. Their General Manager, Nestie, doesn't understand the difference between weight and price per pound. Her math skills are such that 2 lbs for 99 cents = 77 cents per pound. She stated, repeatedly, that she can't change the weight of an item when it was the PRICE PER POUND that was wrong. She seems to think that batting her extra long false eyelashes at me will shut off my brain and make me think everything she says it absolutely true. If you argue with her, she becomes very rude. Since there is no higher manager than her, there is no place to take a situation like this. I'll think twice, and then think once more before going back to that store! read more

So some people may be a little hesitant to go to Fiesta because they view it ethnic grocery store. Well it is and much more!! They have majority of the stuff every other grocery store has. Plus, you get the great bakeries, meals, and spices that are harder to find. The food prices are low almost bordering on a steal. I ordered crawfish for the weekend and was very pleased with the quality. This is my go to spot for live crawfish, it's only $2.29/lb. And at that price why would you buy it from anywhere else. This store used to have a problem with people asking for money in the parking lot etc, BUT they got a security guard now and it has really made a difference. He even smiles and speaks to the customers as the leave and enter the store. I love the great selection of Mexican foods available here. Stop in. read more

There is no meat counter, if you want meat its all pre-packaged at this location. Its much smaller than the one on 28th street and their selection reflects that. However is clean and the employees are friendly. read more

The store isn't the cleanest but they have a corn lady outside! And the corn is awesome, you cannot shop at fiesta and not get a corn

If you need hard to find ingredients for mexican dishes this is a good place to find them. They also have ingredients for Asian and Latin country dishes other than Mexico. A decent selection of other ethnic ingredients compared to other grocery stores. Seafood counter and well stocked selection of fresh meats. If like Vietnamese coffee you can find French Market brand coffee here which is an acceptable substitute if you don't have access to any of the common brands used. read more

Not a typical fiesta store. It's like a brookshires \kroger in there. Kind of disappointed with the meat selection, They don't have a carniceria like a typical fiesta store. But it Is clean, good customer service, and has a lot of ethnic food selections. read more

i made some chicken tacos in a bowl a few weeks ago. best produce better than walmart both locations,,wide variety. the dairy pure already spoiled before the date. clean store its just that i cant stay long in their store or any other,, i have celiacs & its difficult to remain in the bread, or boulangerie without inhaling & getting sick read more

Went there during the Christams rush and after enduring some really poor customer service all over town. Walked in to just see if they had one thing Albertson's had sold out. Assistance was offered by staff a couple of times and then when I had picked up a container of chicken, one young worker took it and placed it in a bag by the meat area to make it easier for me to carry since I didn't get a basket. Checker was very friendly and cheeful in spite of the 9 p.m. time. Bagger handed me my parcel instead of leaving it for me reach for. Lastly, the security guard in the parking lot was actually working and called out a "Merry Christmas" as I went to my car. The store was clean and well-stocked even late in the evening. The produce was not covered over like it was at Albertson's like they can't wait for me to leave so they can close. Fiesta stores always have great produce at great prices. This store is not the very closest to my residence, but I will return often. read more

Worst experience ever! Ran to the restroom after making purchase. There were no signs indicating a flood or wet floor or anything at the women's restroom, only the men's. I feel and bruised my arm pretty bad and messed up my knee. The worker came out of the women's restroom yelling at me for not watching where I was going...that there had been a flood in the men's bathroom and he didn't work there to get the manager. Called me a bitch and other choice words. The manager did nothing. Then the worker proceeded to follow me and get in my face, ready to fight me. Again the manager Edward did nothing except put his hand in the middle of us. Edward claimed he could only have me fill out a report. So I did. I was told I'd hear from their insurance company. A lawsuit has been filed! I manage a sign shop, give me a call. I'll make you some out of service and wet floor signs. You lost a customer today! I'll be waiting to hear from you! read more

Well I'm disappointed. We love fiesta and go often to stock up on our Mexican groceries. Living in Aledo, it's kind of out of the way but it's the only place to get real Mexican ingredients that we know of. However, our last trip was not good. I bought a tres leches cake for my husband because Fiesta usually makes the best. We get home, do the whole birthday song etc... serve up the cake and it's awful. It has a fermented taste to it which we quickly realized is coming from the fruit. This actually made the whole cake taste bad so there was no scraping it off. We tossed it and thought oh well! I checked the dates and it was no where close to the expiration date. I also bought a huge bag of shredded Muenster cheese. I used it for dinner that night and 4 days later I open it this morning for breakfast and there's mold all over it. Again, I checked the dates and tossed it. I don't know what's going on but clearly this stuff is being mishandled or not stored properly by the associates. I have been using fiesta for a while and this is the first time I've encountered these problems. Obviously there has been some sort of recent change to the store! read more
