This is about the the car wash, BEWARE! We filled up with gas, went through the car wash and heard a horrible noise. It ripped off the rear wiper off my car AND the SUV behind us the exact same thing. The manager came to talk to us and took a report. HEB Plus has it all! My only complaint about this place is that it isn't closer to my house. If it was, I'd be shopping here for groceries all the time. I particularly like their produce selection and ready to bake fresh meals. I've never seen this location be anything but squeaky clean and usually very busy. Sam in the Deli is amazing! I was looking for some bologna and I tried the Mortadella Boar's Head Meat (which i totally recommend because it was DELISH) Sam's service was amazing he helped me choose the best bologna. I have to say that this is the most decorative and inviting parking lot I've seen for any HEB. Being a lake town adds to the ambience. The extremely large trees are great, I'm glad they left them there when the built the store, however long ago that was. The store is nice, it's clean and tidy like the others. The service is always terrible here. The cost is too high for you not to teach basic customer service classes to the employees. Even the self check out guy tries to lecture you? It's very odd and unpleasant. I don't know who is doing the hiring but they might want to mention to the employees that customers aren't the enemy, they are the job. I've had terrible experiences with the pick up to for groceries. Do yourself a favor go the 100 other grocery options near by or try another HEB. read more

I use both the store and the pharmacy for almost all of my grocery and prescriptions. Curbside is friendly and fast. The store has actual cashiers on more checkouts than any other in the area so you don't have to check yourself out and you don't have a long wait. Bakery has great bread, they make tortillas on site and have really good homemade tortilla chips. I got a cake for my sons birthday there and they did a great job. read more

I have a prescription that is very important to my health. It was not ready until today. I started calling the pharmacy at 1:00 pm to have it delivered only to have the phone hang up multiple times. At 2:00pm I called the main store number and was transferred to them. I explained the problem to them and was told it was after the 2:00 cutoff and could not be delivered. The time was 2:06pm. CHECK YOUR COUPONS- I was very disappointed in the check-out service tonight. I had about 4 to 5 yellow coupons I had collected while shopping. Ones that include "Buy this and get that free", I added the so called free product that was included with the purchase. When I got home I noticed the coupons weren't applied. This happened on two different items that I know of. Normally I would catch this at the register during the check out process but I guess I was busy bagging my own groceries to realize. I don't mind helping out the baggers if they are working another line or something, it just distracted me from double checking the cashiers work. The other issue I have is the cashier did not let me know the coupons didn't apply. If I have 5 coupons and only 1 of them actually worked, this should be called out to the customer. If the coupon didn't work or the items didn't qualify, this should be brought up. I don't know if this is a one time case or there is a problem with management/training, but these are easy problems to avoid. I have lost a lot of trust in HEB tonight. read more

I love running around new to me grocery stores and my husband actually surprised me with a trip here! This place is HUGE!! They have sections on sections of everything! Products are easy to find, the HEB brand items are just as good as brand named items and much more affordable! They have a HUGE selection of ready to bake meals with good promo prices, I love that! And they had at least 2 end caps full of disinfectant wipes during the first part of the pandemic! The coffee shop inside is also amazing. Beautiful Flowers, friendly staff, and quality!! I reached out to three local Florists in Granbury, TX whose numbers all went to voicemail. I left messages, and after an hour without any return calls, the flash bulb went off when I remembered Granbury is blessed to have an HEB. I immediately called and spoke to a very helpful, and amazing young lady named Mariah. She took my order and in just a hair over two hours my dear friend was contacting me in awe and excitement over the Flowers she had received. I just want to compliment the H‑E‑B curbside shoppers and service. I was surprised at the quality of the produce that was chosen for me. I have shopped curbside at other stores and have usually received poor quality which deterred me from using curbside shopping. It seemed like they were trying to dump all of their old, outdated veggies and fruit on those who did not shop for themselves. I love H‑E‑B, so I thought I would give H‑E‑B curbside a shot even though it's a further drive for me, and I was not disappointed for the first time in using curbside service. Everything my shopper chose for me was fresh, not expired, and exactly as I would have chosen myself. I love shopping at the HEB at 165 N.W. John Jones Dr. In Burleson, TX. My first experience was so wonderful, I felt that I don't need to shop at no other grocery store. The employees are all so nice and helpful. One of the best experience I had was with a lady name Destanie, I think she is the front office Manager. Every time I come in she acknowledge me and accommodates all my needs. I see her interacting with other customers in such a friendly and respectful manner. I really like that. There is so much to like about this HEB. First, the sheer size and selection of items. You can buy your groceries, cookware, toiletries and even t-shirts all under one roof. Secondly, they have plenty of lanes and HEB actually hires cashiers to staff PLENTY of them without leaving customers waiting forever. Plus the prices are very reasonable. Hey, just shopped HEB this morning. Wasn't going to go there anymore since they wouldn't take a $2.50 manufacturers coupon for Cascade dishwashing pods. Was told by self-check associate coupons had to be their yellow one or one that did not state "manufacturer coupon" but on their website it stated outside coupons must state "manufacturer coupon". Said I wasn't going back, but I did. Well this morning I noticed their brand of sugar free "7 up" went up 50 cents from just last week. It was 1.26 now it's 1.76. I started looking and noticed a lot of their store brand had jumped. Guess they'll blame it on tariffs, but funny thing, Trump did not put tariffs into effect since Mexico is cooperating at the border. Name brand items didn't go up. Guess they thought people would ASSUME store brands were still cheaper like they used to be. Boxed tissues: name brand cheaper, Deli sliced chicken: name brand cheaper. Better look and compare seems going up on store brand and keeping price on name brand. read more

HEB carwash, used to be 4 bucks for the ultimate wash, now its 13.99. Wow. Is water so expensive now? I know to expect price changes but thats pretty radical. When you price your carwash the same as the outstanding wash up the street that has free vacuum cleaners you just lost customers for your wash ( maybe thats the idea ). I do most of my shopping here. They always have fresh and rare produce. The bakery is really awesome. Their fresh in-house made tortillas are one of my life staples. They have fresh made donuts, breads, cookies they have a nice selection of artisan cheeses, salamis and meats. Lots of specialty items in every department. It's always clean, always busy and always being rearranged. A little frustrating when you have to spend extra time looking for what you need that is not where it used to be. Another thing I like is that they have a good health food area, garden area (except their Mexican pots don't last long at all outside) a good housewares area and even some cute clothes! So wether you need a tube top, a tube pan or a tube to float in your pool, you can hit the Heebs for one stop shopping! read more

This is the place where you can buy Texas-shaped tortilla chips to scoop up those eggs slathered in That Green Sauce. This is the place where you can buy authentic Whataburger ketchup and sauces. This is the place where your Texas culinary dreams come true. If you're feeling tired, they have an abundance of meals ready for your oven or microwave. They have cheeses galore and more meat than a Brazilian steakhouse. The Plus part of H-E-B Plus means that you will find clothing, housewares, electronics, wine, and more to cause you to spend more than you budgeted, but you won't care because you are in Texas grocery store heaven. There are only two downsides to this H-E-B: 1. It's not right on my corner, and I have to travel miles to get to it. 2. They don't have a coffee bar or shop. It sure would be nice to grab a hot cup of coffee while in the store. It would add to my shopping experience. That's it. Two negatives. Ol HEB. Honestly, I'm a lil. I asked when it comes to HEB, especially this location. This location is one of the best that I've visited simply because the store is ALWAYS clean to the T. Not only is the store super clean;the workers here tend to love their job. Especially one particular guy in produces who ALWAYS sings songs when he's working. What a joy. He's always so happy and puts a smile in my face. At this location the food is also good. They have fresh produce, and the store in generally stay fully stocked. The employees are super nice and friendly and is usually eager to help. I shop here quite often and will recommend any person to try this location over any other in the dfw area. read more

I've given HEB (well, specifically this location) 2 tries now. Both times I've been disappointed. I came here the first week I moved to Fort Worth in search of a grocery store. Ended up spending over 100$ without even really knowing what I bought. Then I discovered Sprouts, and never came back. Decided to give H-E-B another shot a few weeks ago for a few items I needed, because sometimes I really just don't feel like going to Kroger. I casually browsed a few departments. Even the Sushi section. Everything looked just "meh" to me and a bit overpriced. I was starting to pack my basket with caution, and as I got past the dairy section where I couldn't find too many Organic options for Milk, I decided to give up. Overall, I felt the quality of product was not worth the price. Honestly I prefer the prices and quality of Sprouts for the produce. As far as packaged items, Kroger has better prices for the same things. Therefore, I will more than likely not be coming back to H-E-B. At least not this location. Maybe there are some out there that are better and I'll investigate n the future. As far as Burleson goes though. Not so much. read more

Curbside pick up? Ugggh. Groceries were slinged into our trunk. Fruit boxes were open and fruit scattered everywhere. Items were replaced without approval even AFTER we declined the replacement on the app. Lots of missing items. We saw car after car come and go. We waited 32 minutes before our stuff came out. And we placed our order early in the morning. Come on H E BUTTS do better. read more
