I have called customer service and called the manager at this store. I don't know what their problem is but they cannot seem to keep items in stock. I am diabetic so it seems to affect me more than it would regular customers. They often give me items with sugar, like creamers. Now they are almost out of sugar free creamers except for the creamers that are marked up at a huge mark up so of course I either have to pay the higher price or do without, or go to another store.You would think this is during the pandemic, but no it is just a regular day. They just can't seem to get it together. I waited patiently for them to get Pagoda egg rolls in stock, ordered them 4 times and not once did I get them. finally called the manager she said she would order them so I gave it another 2 weeks tried to order them again. Still no egg rolls. It is just beyond me why this store cannot seem to manage to do anything right. I have lost so much money for having to toss things with sugar in them because I live so far away from the store and my son has to do my shopping for me. I wish Burleson was not so full of traffic maybe we could try the store in Burleson. This place is the worst! read more

Is it nerdy to have a favorite grocery store? Maybe a little bit but I do love this Kroger. They have an excellent clearance section located in the middle of the store. That is my favorite to stop in and check out on mid week because I could often find great items on clearance for no reason. Other than that, the store is typical for a Kroger very clean very organized. Has lots of options and exactly what you really need to get the basics from a grocery store. read more

This Kroger is disgusting. Rotten produce. Flies and gnats on produce. Rotten bagged salad. The organic section in the produce section is a joke. The freezer area has grey sacks all over and it smells so bad. Found several loaves of molded bread. I don't know what going on there, but I no longer do my major grocery shopping there.. I just go if I need something quick because it's like 5 minutes from my house. Very sad. read more

Kroger 690 in Crowley, TX states they require face masks on their doors. However, the employees and management do not enforce. An experience today with a male and female couple in their early- to mid-fifties provided a case-and-point. The couple was loud and obnoxious and in the Produce Department. No members of management addressed the self-absorbed couple; they were as boisterous as they could be, flaunted the face covering requirement, purchased their groceries, and decreased public health. ....Kroger, step-up or take the face covering signs off your stores. read more

This Kroger is more up to date than many other krogers but don't expect anything astonishing. They produce area is my favorite with the most modern decor touches and plenty of options. Much of the produce available is not found in other large chains which is nice and I get that feeling in many of the aisles. It was very clean and organized in most of the store except the sale aisle which is common among most sale areas of any store. They're really good about honoring promotions and put many items I love on sale frequently. The staff is very polite and keep the shelves well stocked. The checkout clerks are very fast which made my shopping trip a quick check off my errand list. Kroger is not my favorite grocery store but this one is among the top in the "traditional large chain" ranks. read more

We came here needing an arrangement for a viewing, thinking they would have as nice a floral department as we do at home. The department was very small so we decided to purchase one of their $19 vases because they had no baskets. The floral designer put together an arrangement from flowers we chose and suggested a few lilies. She made a very nice arrangement in very little time and was beautiful for $65 including the vase, sweetheart roses, astrolomerias, greenery, baby's breath and the lilies. We took it in to the Funeral home and they walked it up for us so we didn't have to hand carry. Good job. read more

The week of Thanksgiving and they only have 3 registers open. I'm standing in line for a while with a bunch of elderly people. I call the store while waiting in this long line. I waited on hold for an extremely long time to talk to the manager. He talks to me for like 10 seconds, telling me he's going to ask another worker about the situation and proceeds to hang up on me. No I'm sorry m'am I'll check into it. Bad customer service all the way around. Poor management. read more

This used to be my favorite store. USED to be. It is now the worst grocery store in Burleson. I get that stores need to change and rearrange and reorganize sometimes. What I don't get is when they do it at the expense and inconvenience of their customers. Their help to the customers was to have paper signs at the end of each aisle noting what may or may not be on hat aisle. So shopping was now a book report. Not only did they up their prices which were already on the high side of the competitive market, they moved everything around in the store. I understand product placement needs to be juggled once in a while, but they moved absolutely everything and put it in non-sensical places. Some products can now be found on different aisles in different parts of the store depending on the variety of the product. So now, you have to walk across the store to two different places if you want (for instance) spicy and mild of the same product. Not only that, but they have stopped carrying the name brands on some products so they can line the shelves with their own brand. There are just some things I don't want their brand of!!! I like my Kraft Mac and cheese, not the Kroger brand. I'm very picky on some items and they are just arrogant enough to think their brand is a good (and now non-optional) substitute. To make my visit in hell worse on this particular visit this morning, I go in to the store before work (which I used to be able to do since product placement made sense and I didn't have to hunt for anything), and they have stockers actually BLOCKING the freaking aisles so you can't get past them. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AISLES. At a prime shopping time. I had to go all the way around to the next aisle and come back around to get to the product. They wouldn't move to the side of the aisle and were unapologetically rude. UGGHHHH. To say I'm frustrated with my hour long trip that should have taken 15 minutes is beyond an understatement. I need a new store. This one sucks dirt. read more

I have never really been a fan of Kroger stores. However, this location is huge, clean, well lit, and well stoked. I enjoy being able to find some interesting fruits and foods that you just don't see at WalMart. I feel the prices are comparable to other grocery stores in the area. This is my favorite Kroger...it's also the only one in any convenient driving distance. Seriously though, they have a great selection of produce, and lots of ethnic stuff when I want to try something a little different. Honestly, in my opinion, the best thing about them is their pharmacy. The staff is super nice, know us by name and are always prompt and courteous. Plus, Kroger subscribes to the $4 generic meds. Prices are usually cheaper than most places around and we have plenty to choose from. We've been able to find most everything we've looked for here. This is also the cheapest place around to get gasoline. The everyday price is always cheaper than everywhere else around (frequently 20¢ cheaper than the places across the street) and it's even cheaper when you use your frequent-shopper card. You can also designate your favorite charitable organization to receive a percentage of your purchases through that card. read more

This is my preferred grocery store of the area. It's open 24 hours, has sales weekly, and an app to make your shopping list. Their freshly made sushi is also better than other grocery stores I've had (including other Kroger locations). And if you have a Kroger card (which is free), you will get a discount at the gas station on the edge of the parking lot. With 4 kids, let's just say I save quite a bit on their already inexpensive gas... read more

I am highly upset because I came into the pharmacy to purchase Sudafed at the counter. I gave my ID as is required and the tech took my information and entered it into the computer. He was having some sort of unexplained problem and called another tech over to assist and then came back and said it was denied and gave me a slip and turned around and walked off with no further explanation. I came home and researched the slip because I know I haven't bought any of these products and low and behold the tech registered a sale of Sudafed to my DL. I now have to wait because the tech does not know how to properly operate the system, this along with the fact that the techs did not explain what the issue is is extremely frustrating and nerve racking. Needless to say I will not use this pharmacy for any of my needs in the future. I don't understand why they could not research the purchases and see there was an error on their part. Just horrible service. I will not be back to this pharmacy. read more

Brought a bunch of flower dsgnr for 12.00 dollars when I opened the bunch to arrange found mold on the flowers. I have never had this happen before. Called the floral dept and they told me to bring them back and the would see if they could do something about it! Have I mentioned this has never happened before! Clean stores, well organized, nice employees. However the pharmacy never get my meds filled correctly, they always say there is a problem with my insurance, but after an hour they figure it out. My doctors have faxed over prescriptions I'll go to pick them up 2 hours later and they say, "we never received anything for you", then they go over to the fax machine and the paper is still there waiting to be filled, they say "oh I hadn't gotten to those faxed prescriptions yet". The pharmacy also closes early, I got there before 7 on Saturday, and they said they had already entered the till for the night, yet it wasn't even 7pm. The store as a whole is okay but the pharmacy sucks! read more

It was nice to have a grocery store so close to my house, until they decided to no longer be 24 hours. I work in an Emergency Department and sometimes I need to go shopping after a late shift, but I can't go to Kroger because they now close around 11. What really irked me though, was the fact that I was told "we close at 11 now" by a few employees sitting outside talking and smoking. Not a very professional sight to see. I've now taken my business strictly to the Albertson's a few miles away or to Wal-Mart. Cheaper, open longer, and more choices. read more

ALWAYS Awesome customer service! Associates will greet you and ask if they can help, even in passing. My latest experience: The bakery did not have an item that I needed. Bakery associate Johnathan asked if he could assist. Since the item was not available, he offered to make the items while I shopped in the store! Never had this experience with any store bakery. The offer to make the items exceeded my customer service experience!!! I will continue to patronize Kroger and praise their customer service at this location. read more

They removed several cashier stations and replaced them with self checkout. I needed to grab a few items today on the way home. After scanning a couple of them, the station stopped letting me scan because I couldn't convince it I had bagged everything. The attendant seemed to be preoccupied and I couldn't get her attention. I pushed the "call attendant" button and she continued to ignore me. After several minutes she made eye contact and came over. She very rudely told me to keep scanning. I told her I wasn't being allowed to. She did something and scanned one of my items, slung it in a bag and walked away without saying anything. If you're going to have customers scan their own groceries, calibrate things correctly, offer a "skip bagging" option onscreen, train your employees on customer service, and get rid of the rude ones. read more

I have one complaint about the bagger today, he was mumbling the whole time he was bagging my groceries, when I had to ask him two times to bag my 6 pack of Coke, he mumbled something and then I heard him say, she's being difficult. This is the store I shop at most of the time. I really like it. I have found that everyone is very helpful. The baggers, the folks in the departments, the cashiers. They are friendly and really put the customer first. I had an issue today and customer service and the manager really went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Helpful and friendly employees from the cashiers to the butcher, which says a lot about the management. The food selection is great and always seems very fresh. I especially like the foreign food aisle where you can find European and Indian foods as well as Mexican and Asian. The prices are competitive and it's a place where you can normally get in and out quickly as needed. read more
