It is run by Weelai and several other talented ladies. I am so impressed with Weelai's ability to create such beautiful arrangements and usually just by explaining what I need. She get a vision of your needs and creates a beautiful work of art. I have taken my own vase and have purchased some of theirs. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I would use anyone else is if it had to go to another city. If you need flowers for a wedding, a tea, a shower, a friend... go see Weelai! These are some photos of the things she has done for me. She also has a really great variety of plants on hand. Many I can't find in other places!
