I would like to BRAG on the grocery pickup service that Walmart in Burleson Tx offers ! I do not have any complaints, the service is convenient, easy, the carriers are always polite. The order pullers are great, couple times meat was a little disappointing. But i did not complain. The parking for pickup is always clean and is easy to get in and out. Which I love. Lots of traffic/congestion, makes me nervous ! Walmart Super Center of course offers more than groceries. Wide variety of products and services. They deliver and they are located everywhere !! I called the store went up There asked them if I could replace them for another bag of chips with my receipt. This location isn't a bad one, it's usually fairly clean. It's almost always busy. Staff is no different than any other store where they walk by and don't say a word, not even a smile. We stopped in to t look for the softer heating pads for my wife's back, but they were out. Seems there's been a run on these particular ones as we have yet to find one at any Walmart. Oil change and tire change took 3 hours. I had to purchase my own oil filter from another location. The price - for oil change and tire rotation was $83 so $93 with my filter, but the staff were rude and slow. I checked in at 9am - 2 hours after opening and was given an excuse - after 2 hours - that they only had two staff members. Had I been told this on check in, instead of "you're next" I may have gone somewhere else. I may try a different location, but twice now this location has been subpar. read more

Service in burleson just sucks. I have called 10 times trying to get in touch with the electronics departments. They answer 1/10 times. I also get told that my stuff isn't really like every time because they can't find my disposables. I walked in asking for the road hazard warranty and I carried my tire in without my car being there and don and ally both told me that it couldnt be covered by the warranty since it wasn't on my car and I had all my road hazard paperwork to show them that I had it and I even read it to see where it said if it was a walk in it wasn't covered by it and there was nothing on my paperwork about it and they still refused to give me road hazard warranty and kept talking to me like I'm stupid and didn't on what I was talking about. I try to avoid walmart. There are much better stores nearby, HEB, Kroger , Aldi , Albertsons and last but not least Amazon is just a click away. The service at Wakmart is terrible. The last Time I went in, the one check out had a very long line. Mainly elderly people. One was on a walker. I was walking by 2 employees who were standing around. They looked at the long line at the cashier register. I heard one say, ' they are just to lazy to use self check out'. Really??? Sam is rolling over in his grave. So much for " if more than 2 people are in line , another register will be open, because your time is important to us". His legacy is being run into the ground. On Sunday February 5, I was on my way back from Fort Worth and stopped at the Crowley, Texas Wal Mart on 1187. It was more convenient than going all the way through Burleson to get a few things. I had bought some hot food at the Deli and checked out through a cashier so I did not do self checkout, (therefore not noticing such an inflated price on the hot food). I was in a hurry and ate from the snack on the way home while I was driving (and of course do not read what is on the sack while I am driving). I got what I had ordered but after I got home and took the now empty sack inside to throw away, I saw that I was charged much more than what I should have. I read the label on the little sack and I was charged for hot wings which is not what I asked for. I try to budget my time and gas and saw no reason to spend my time and gas going back to 1187 to correct it. Therefore I called the Burleson, Texas Wal Mart and told them what happened and asked if I could get the amount adjusted when I came through that way Thursday (yesterday). "Oh yes sir, just bring the sack and the receipt. You dont have to take it back to 1187. ANY Wal Mart will correct it." Yesterday I stopped by the Burleson Wal Mart on my back from my appointment and went to customer service and explained what had happened. The attendant there went and got the manager (I guess in charge of customer service) who refused to do anything for me. She said Id have to take it back to 1187 and wanted to know who I talked to there on Sunday as if I kept a ledger of who I talk to each and every day. I do if it is dealing with bigger issues than this. But I didnt see the need to this time and felt like the employee knew what she was talking about. I guess I TRUST too much. Or rather have too much confidence in people knowing their jobs. I told her that the proper thing to do would be for this Wal Mart to do right by me and make the adjustment since I was mis informed. HECK NO. This manager wanted me to also produce the product. I said (and I was mad by then) "Well its been eaten and digested and gone elsewhere (without sounding gross). I said to her, "I know IM JUST A NUMBER to you all" which she didnt deny. I simply said, "well I hope you understand that it will be a cold day in hades before I come back to THIS particular Wal-Mart. I would be starving and this would be the only place to survive and I wouldnt come." I am sure she could not have cared but it gave me satisfaction to have the last word. The people that run this store are so rude to their customers it is only a matter of time before they start losing more and more market share. Their prices have gradually increased so they are not really cheaper than the other grocery stores. Now, they lock you in and treat you like you are in prison. This is the last straw! I was in Walmart on Wilshire today in Burleson, Tx. I went to Electronics at around 1:30. There was 1 worker for the whole area. I waited for like 10 minutes and couldn't get any help. So I asked the guy that was there doing a promotion could he help. He said I can answer questions but that's it. He said I'm a 3rd party for phones, but I've been working electronics all day. So he answered my question then went and told the 1 lady working I needed some thing that was locked up. I waited for about 20 more minutes and finally she got to me. If you are so worried about theft in the store hire employees!!! This is not ok for your customers to have to wait. Then I finished shopping only to have to ring my own groceries up. Then I'm questioned as I walk out the door for my receipt to be checked. This is not ok. I'm definitely going to avoid this store if I can. It's not ok for Walmart to treat their customers this way. The Burleson Walmart is terrible. I wanted to confirm something I'd seen commented on FB by 2 different people in different Walmarts. I called and asked for the manager. Once was hung up on after several minutes on hold. Twice was hung up on before I could say anything. TERRIBLE customer service. My grand daughter has been through so much at such a young age. I went online and purchased her a bunk bed which is her first bed in years. My son and grand daughter went to pick it up later that day in Burleson and the store manager would not let him pick it up, although it was paid for and the money was gone from our account. She said her system had a glitch and she couldn't let him take it. He tried for almost 2 hours but she would not budge. NO CLUE what people are thinking. Walmart gets ALOT of our $$$$ and they have the best prices overall. Price wise Walmart gets 5 Stars...... But.... 1. Customer Service is not that great. The ladies at the dressing room are NOT friendly they never are. They get pissy if they have to return the clothes you don't want. It's part of working at the dressing room, get over it, it's your job. 2. Also, the store is always HOT. Many friends complain of this as well. I have never left from being overcome with heat, but have 2 friends that have. Walmart makes alot of money, give us Hot Texas buyers a little more cool air!! I think they control it in AR??, from what I have heard, the workers complain of this as well. Each store should control their own air! 3. Ladies at the Bakery are not very friendly either. Walmart came up with the nice thing to give children cookies, Walmart did, not parents. I just left Walmart this morning. They have incorporated a system to keep shoppers 6 feet apart because of the COVID virus. I'm all for it. You have tape on the floor 6 feet apart and traffic can only flow in one direction. Little frustrating, but I will deal with it. They are quick to scold people who don't follow their new rules. My anger comes from them not scolding those who just stand in the aisles talking to their friend, or reading their grocery list! I had a lady do this to me three times! One time it was for more than a minute. Just holding up the flow! Very frustrating!! She was not looking for items in the shelf. Just holding up traffic. Walmart, if you are going to scold those who do not follow the arrows you have taped on the floor, then you need to scold those that hold up traffic!!! read more

Apparently management does not care about Rollback items because I can go down the street and buy anything on sale at the store in Crowley but here the only Rollback items are plastic spoons. If I could give zero stars it would happen! I shop at this Walmart a lot and never have I had the pleasure of meeting its upper management until today! I was trying to be a responsible parent and teach my child how to weigh things and put the item numbers in and it seems he missed a $7 item and 70 cent item. Now okay I do agree I should have paid more attention and been more diligent in making sure he got everything but he is a very busy child and always going so fast! We were approached as if we had just committed a murder! When I refused to give the strange man not dressed as an employee mine you my drivers license he then called the police on me over $8 as I tried to explain that I had no problem taking care of it as I just spent nearly $100 on groceries at that point I was quilting and all of this in front of my 8 year old child who I'm trying to teach life lessons too is curled up in tears! So I was banned from Walmart today which is perfectly fine HEB has a better selection on all things and a much better staff to help in any situation! I preach you get given to you whatever it is you put out and THEFT is not something I teach my children! I was very disappointed in the number of customers and employees who were not wearing masks at all or wearing them around their head but not covering their nose and sometimes not even covering their nose or mouth. 8/24 My mother and I went to Walmart to get a propane exchange and a few other things. Everything seemed to go fine until the next day when I went to hook up the propane only to discover the bottle was empty. I get my Mother's receipt and discover they charged her $43 for the bottle, she's 85 years old, then I became angry. I return with the bottle and receipt, the manager wants to refund the $43 then charge me for an exchange and give me a different bottle. I reluctantly agree, get home and find this bottle is empty as well. Now I'm livid, I refuse to return and make a 3rd trip and eat the $15 exchange, so I call multiple times before someone answers only to be put on hold. After several minutes of waiting, I decide I'm done with Walmart, I hang up, go online and I get assistance with closing my online account I will never do business with them again. I will take the tank to a propane refill store and have it filled. read more

If I could rate this store a ZERO, I would. Management and customer service skills are very poor. Susan in management and Terry in customer service may be the epitome of closet racists. The manager Susan didn't want to give me her name and even went as far as to cover her badge. I was only there because we visited Dr. Eckert yearly. I walked from the doctors office to CS. I just spent over a $100 for contacts/exam. Keep in mind they are right next to each other. I walked up pulled the Walmart bag out and handed it to the associate. I had 2 bottles of shampoo and vitamins to return didn't realize I didn't have my receipt til I started digging in my bag. Terry called the manager over and I quote , "she had these in her bag with no receipt." I looked at my children and said I'll explain this later. I told the associate and manager you will not question my integrity in front of my children. The associates then says, "people do this all the time." I told her, "What do people do, matter of fact check your cameras, I'll wait." My 15 and a 16 year old girls watch as their mother gets accused of stealing organic shampoo and vitamins. If my skin was different it would have went differently. I still smile because my African American morals, 70k a year and 2 degrees is better than both of those Caucasian Walmart workers. read more

Trisha Yearwood's Facebook page and TV news said there was a cook book signing today from noon to 2 PM. I drove from near Aledo to this Walmart in Burleson to be here at 12 noon. They gave only 200 tickets away hours earlier. Total waste of my time and gas. They should have communicated things. I was going to purchase 5 books and have them signed for gifts. The female employee spoke very rudely to me when I asked if there was anyway to be able to do it. She would make a good prison warden. Their loss. it's a very bad place to shop. I do my shopping at H.E.B. plus you can find the same products online cheaper than walmart. Walmart has gotten out of hand causing locale businesses to close. And they do not care about the costumers at all. If you ever have a accident at walmart make sure you have video and pics of it. And if anyone around you seen it all that happened make sure they write a report. And you take a pic of the report before they give it to the manager. Because the managers will lie and say that it didn't happen that way. They will take your witnesses report and destroy them. Ok, we all know Walmart. The only thing about this one is that it has just been updated to the new color scheme and floorplan. Looks a lot like the one on S. Hulen now. So for the moment, it's clean and nice inside. It can get pretty crowded during the daytime but really drops off at around 9:00 pm on the weekdays and shopping becomes easier. This store has ome of the biggest electronics departments that I have ever seen in a Walmart. read more

After reading the lady's post about accidentally not paying for beer, I will not be using this Walmart again. Your actions are absolutely disgusting. My wife has put water or dog food under the basket before and left and completely forgotten about it, so I know it happens. If it had been my wife in that situation, I would have raised hell. Walmart in general has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and this just tips the scale. I'm Willing to pay more for better service. My complaint is with the Pharmacy. They made a huge mistake, then tried to lie to cover it up. I have used this pharmacy for around 20 years. I sent my complaint to the corporate office but have not heard back from them. Do some research before choosing this pharmacy. I now use H.E.B. Pharmacy. read more
