I was hoping for some guidance on whether it could be ordered or if a similar option might be available, but no additional assistance or follow-up was offered. To be fair, I have never done business with this pharmacy before, and I understand everyone can have a difficult day. However, first impressions are important, and this interaction did not give me confidence to try the pharmacy or recommend it. I have contacted other pharmacies in the area regarding the same medication and found them to be very helpful and willing to ask questions to see how they could assist. This review is not intended to be a criticism of the entire business -- it may be an excellent pharmacy and I may have simply spoken with the wrong person on that day.
