Things have moved she brought me right to it. She helped me find what a wanted. There were many to choose from she even took the frame apart to make sure the insert would come out. There were plenty to pick from. We looked at about five of the frames. I finally decided on one that was very sleek and the price was awesome. I had searched on line and Marshall had the best price. Only complaint never enough chasers. Maybe I just hit at the wrong time.

The store is well laid out and was organized, even though it seems like a busy location. Long checkout line. Huge shoe section. Parking only ok. 2 stars because the parking lot is difficult and I bet there are accidents all the time. Not Marshalls fault, but makes this a location where "Ive seen better" fits.

We enter the store with mini pretzels and start walking towards the escalator to go down to the main level and a lady, whom i assume is a manager, eyes me and starts "discreetly" following us all across the store. As me and my sister approached the escalator she sees that they have a Toys R Us section and wanted to get a picture with the giraffe. So she sits down and asks me to sit down too and I do so that we can take a selfie. As i am handing my sister the pretzels so I can grab my phone to take the photo, the same manager lady comes up to us and says, " Girls this really isn't the place to sit and eat." , in an angry tone. She was very rude and stood in the area until me and my little sister got up and left. All we wanted to do was get a photo with the Toys R Us, giraffe on the bench, then leave. Don't put a bench in your store if you don't want people to actually use it for its function. Would not recommend this Macy's as the staff can be very rude.

I got my son a jacket and a hoodie for his birthday and my husband a hoodie and t-shirts. They had a decent sale, just not what I was looking for. I did find a Coach purse that I liked, but it didn't come in black. If I had to do it all over again, I would take my time and shop for me on the first floor and not go on the second floor with my son in the Men's section. He was looking for all type of Nike hoodies, but seem like him and my husband has every color. They got a North Face Hoodie and my son got a Tommy Hilfiger down jacket.

Let's investigate. TJ Maxx, would be the Harvard college grad, driving an Audi, and living in Longmeadow. Portraying happiness, but in reality is struggling with depression, divorce, and an addiction to Xanax. Homegoods, would be the hipster, liberal, eccentric child that drives an old Subaru covered with stickers. Hangs out in Northampton, and is struggling with a marijuana addiction. Currently 2 years into their freshman year at Amherst College. Marshalls, The redheaded stepchild of the bunch. Endured constant abuse from the other siblings. Makes a living selling Avon and enjoys a chaotic life of constantly revolving shitty apartments, and bad luck. Drives a Honda Civic with one red door and a permanent donut, but is the happiest of the bunch. I hope this gives you an accurate depiction of the TJX family of stores from the only way I could think of.

As we wandered around, we felt something distinctly different from those Maxx's that we knew. Something was just off. The merchandise was either not properly displayed or it just was not as tempting as that at the other stores. I had a mission: a stylish, black, leather bag. I found nothing I liked. We shuffled along, looking at shoes, clothing, sleepwear. Nothing appealed to us. We figure the things one sells, the others sell, but for some reason, on this particular day, we didn't seem to connect. THEN, I saw a pair of black leather boots, Franco Sarto, for which I had long ago given up the search. They were there, and they were in my size,and they had only the one pair. I grabbed them, tried them on, and was thrilled to find a good fit. I would have happily paid full price ($125) had I ever found them during my original search (I had seen them at a high-end store, but not in my size). These were priced at $89. I walked out happy. My daughter, a lover of snacks, found several bags of goodies that she liked, so she did, too. I have since gone back three or four times, but am now convinced that, for some reason, it just isn't as great as the others. So we still make the longer drive when we need a Maxx run. Still, these boots! So happy to have these boots.

The mall looks pretty active, far from considered a dying mall, and definitely not dead. I saw a couple of empty spaces which gives an indication. Some stores stood out to me, one of them being Bob's Stores. I would have guessed the whole chain went to bankruptcy -- guess not? There were some other stores I came across that I don't find in my home mall, which stinks to some extent. The variety is on its "A" game. If it wasn't too far, I wouldn't mind making this stop again. The parking lot is not paved at all, and also with a large amount of poodles in different areas. It would be great to see this addressed, which will up my rating.

I have to question the true cause of the fire the following night, as I was told by workmen prior to this that the Mall is built on a landfill and without proper monitoring of gasses emitted by a landfill, the Mall could be prone to fires and possible explosion. What's also concerning is that this Mall is so poorly maintained. I don't think I'll be shopping there again, ever!
