Wow! Talk about rude deli workers. It's 8 am, how bad can your day be already?!?…read more I cam here to buy some things for breakfast, since we had so much leftover from Thanksgiving. I guess coming here first thing in the morning is not a good thing. I think a lot of the employees still had thier grumpy pants on. I I went to the deli section first, to get some freshly sliced cheese. The employee turned and looked at me, and asked if she could help me in the rudest tone possible. I felt like I was interrupting her. I asked for 1/3 pound of sliced provolone and she immediately walked away... she didn't even give me a chance to tell her that I also wanted chedder. She didn't even ask me what brand. Ohnce she looked like she was finishing up the provolone, I asked for cheddar, she sighed really hard and looked annoyed as she stomped away from the slicing machine to grab whatever brand SHE chose. While she was cutting my next block of cheese, she was gossiping to the other employee that even the seafood section was short handed... maybe that's why she was in a bad mood? It looked like the store needed restocking really bad. I went on with my shopping and spoke to the cheery cashier. It would have ranked higher, if the employees were a little bit nicer. Would I come again? Only because it's close. I will never get anything from the deli section. If you get this wierd kick, where you someone to be rude, this is the place for you!

I told Aetna I could help you straight. I have a lot of experience she goes. No you're too old up you old I go. I can't believe you just said that about me being old I'm 60 years old. Well, are you sure you could handle working on the deli cause you're 60?

Great selection, can't beat the price. I especially like the variety of hot pepper spices…read moreavailable. Too bad the owner cant just move on to a new website- apparently its been like that for years. You can only really purchase in store. But, who cares, It's a chance to take a nice drive in the country every few months when you run out of cayenne pepper.

Don't even think about it. Buying spices in a grocery store? Do you know how long that stuff is…read morebeen sitting there? Sure, it has an expiration date but that can be as much as four years down the road. Do you really want spices that are that old? Not to worry, just step back from the shelf, turn around and head for the door. This spice company has it all. Spices, rubs, sauces...chances are if you need it, they have or can get it or ca make it up. Spices come in a plastic shaker container that are about the size of a dollar bill and can contain anywhere from 2 to 10 oz depending on the spice. The average price for any given spice is about 3.50. All in all, you get a lot more spice for your money than in any grocery store that sells them pre-packaged. Some spices may be more than what you need, so be prepared to split some with friends if there's too much. They also have smaller $1 sampler sizes. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The grocery store is good for some things, spice purchases are not one them.
