The 30 minute drive here was so worth it!! I have been looking for this Grinch sweatshirt to match a jogger set for the family to match on Christmas and I've pretty much been to three other locations already; having ordered online first and came for drive up. Each time I would arrive, I'd wait and be told that I'll be refunded because it's sold out, after I've been notified it's ready for pick-up! So imagine my frustration!! To be honest, I was ready for these to be sold out because they hit the stores 2 days before Halloween. I arrived and checked the app and it said sold out so my heart kind of sunk. Luckily I did place a mobile order again and went into guest services and they actually had it!! The Target team member was so nice to me and I was absolutely ecstatic to finally get this in my hands. I walked around in the store to see it in the shelf and grabbed another in a different size. It was on sale too for $12! Target Enfield always, never disappoints as I've come across this same scenario at other instances. read more

I went shopping on a busy Sunday before Christmas and let me tell you, it was BUSY. However, despite the heavy crowd, there was still staff available to help and the Target wasn't in shambles (as they sometimes are). I went to get celery and there was none out. I asked a staff member who promptly went to the back to get me the celery. To my knowledge, this was the only celery in the selection. It was already washed and ready to eat which was a good value. The self checkout line was long, but thankfully moved rather quickly. read more

As for the store and the service I will give 3.5-4 stars. Had a very good experience with the workers when I had a couple questions in the kitchen area and self checkout, and the place looked clean. Where I am disappointed and utterly disgusted is with the customers outside of the store. 8am I pull into a parking lot full of trash and debris. We can be much better than this! I would think that there would be a some kind of cleaning crew too so this poor review falls on the property owners too. Pick up after yourselves people!! read more

Store was clean and parking plentiful. I looked for cookies they used to stock, but I guess they don't carry them anymore. While there are tons of registers, only 2 were manned and each had a very long line of customers waiting for a cashier to ring them up. read more

What in the name of dying malls has happened to this Target? I move away for 5 years and the place falls apart! Scruffy, disorganized, limited stock and disinterested employees. I thought I was in a Walmart, but with Target prices. This place has fallen super fast. Very happy this isn't my local Target. Electronics, total mess (posted a couple pictures). No help for questions. Pressed the help button, 5 minutes later someone came over to "cover", but with knowledge. Very limited TV selection. Underwear: Tossed willy nilly across the displays like Hugh Heffner had just stopped by, no organization and no folding. No way my wife was picking anything up there. Groceries: Very understocked. Is it weird to review a big chain like Target? Well, I think I have to. I've always liked Target in general. I'm a budget-conscience person, and they've got plenty of solidly good items for just about anything I need. It's during the pandemic that I've noticed Target really shine, and I am deeply appreciative. The safety and convenience of ordering online or in the app and then picking up curbside is a huge blessing for me, a person in a high risk group. The whole system works so well, and the Enfield employees are always wonderful (and play it safe). Target even expanded their curbside spaces. Everything is just sooooo convenient. I recently needed to make a return. There was no one at the customer service desk and three customers in line. We waited for at least 10 minutes while I watched many employees busily filling online orders, making eye contact with us, and ignoring us. Long story short, I spoke to a manager, told him I would no longer be a customer and his response was; "Ok. That's good." Seriously????? read more

Target has banners posted touting that things are changing there...and changing they are! Big time. I was very impressed from the moment I entered the Enfield store, where Starbucks has replaced the fast food options that used to be housed in the eating area. The store itself is clean, well stocked, and managed well in every way. I spoke with the Front Manager, Jocelyn, who was obviously proud of the new Target, and rightly so. I was also so grateful to read ingredients on things like frozen yogurt bars and find neither high fructose nor Canola oil. Wow. How can Target be more aware of health options that Costco? My yogurt bars even had coconut oil--YAY! And, I went in for fans, during our continuing tropical weather, where most stores are completely out of inventory, and this Target had shelves of fans of all types, and for all budgets. What's not to like. I guess I need to visit this place more. read more

I had the privilege of going in this Target because I forgot to pack something for my trip that I'm currently on. Clothes strewn about on the floor...EVERYWHERE. Turn a corner, clothes on the floor. It was as if 20 five year old kids ran through the store without any parental guidance. Shelves of other items just disorganized as I've never seen before at ANY Target I've ever been to. This was a complete joy to see as I searched for the one item I needed. The worst Target I've ever been to in my whole life. I feel sad for the people of Enfield, CT. So yes the people were really helpful. However, I placed an order for pickup, and I got the notification that it was ready. However, when I went to go pick it up, I was told they had cancelled my order. I still haven't gotten a refund, nor was I allowed to just grab my things and have them scan it like a coworker told me I could do. This was just horrible. 50 dollars down the drain. read more

So they recently redid this target and the end result is AMAZING! Everything is so new and pretty. The staff here are friendly. Any food that I have purchased that is of target brand (such as cheese, meat, water etc.) has all been very good and it's cheaper than other stores! Even products of the same brand that I buy at other stores are cheaper here! Only downside is parking. But that's obv out of their hands. read more

This review is specifically on the optical department. We had a great experience there last weekend. My boyfriend recently lost his glasses and needed to get an emergency pair as quickly as possible. Not only was an eye exam at Target more affordable then the other mall options (we priced both Lenscrafters and Sears, and Target was $10 cheaper) but the people working there were super nice and helpful. They really worked with us to find affordable options and the eye doctor even stayed a little late to squeeze us in. All in all, no complaints! I got to sit in on the eye exam and it was even entertaining--and how many people can say that of their last eye exam? read more

Targe... more specifically, the Targe built smack dab in the middle of the Enfield Square Mall. Actually, it's not that bad of a Target, and it did revitalize the Enfield Square Mall along with the movie theater. It's got what you need, though considering the CT sales tax, you can do better in MA just by going up to Holyoke (though considering gas prices, you might be better off just sucking it up). They've got stuff, and aren't too bad to deal with. read more

Especially with the recent renovations, this Target is pretty good. It's big, clean and now has a huge supermarket section. Way better than Walmart, in my opinion. It's great for picking up your day to day needs like toiletries, cleaning products... but it also has furniture that is a good value for the price - nice looking an inexpensive. Watch the floor models because they can get dinged up. Once in a while it can be a little hard to find an associate to help you but when you find one they're very pleasant and great to deal with. I've had no issues. It can get pretty busy but there are a lot of checkout lines. read more

The amount of money I spent at this Target when I was in college was ridiculous. Given the fact that I only made $270 a month on Federal Work-Study, I really should have been frugal. Nope. Back at my apartment in NYC, I still see reminders of all of the money I wasted there: Shelves upon shelves of "Sex & The City", "House", and "South Park" DVDs that I haven't watched in eight years, easily. But was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY. This was and still is a great Target. It's well organized, and that goes namely for the women's clothing section. I suppose after five years of living in NYC, I'm used to the mangled and chaotic women's clothing section of the Target on 225th Street in the Bronx; breezing through this one is a dream in comparison! Upon a recent visit to this location, I noticed their new grocery store section, something that wasn't there in my Bay Path college days. (If only...) It was nice to come back to my old haunt (...haha...) and buy a few things while I was there, though I skipped the DVD section this time. It really is a top-notch location all around. read more

This is one of the bigger targets in the area although I think the Holyoak one is bigger or about the same. The layout is decent and so is the selection, you really can't go when they are slow because they are always busy. There parking lot is always packed some of this has to do with the fact that a lot of people going into the mall go in through Target and parking in front of the target. This is a heavy volume area, if you want a less heavy volume go to the side of the building where the italian resteraunt is. read more

This is a very clean and organized Target. I liked how the store is laid out . It made it very easy to navigate through. There is a huge winter collection! Which I totally needed. When checking out, there was a ridiculous line with bit many cashiers. This was a bit annoying, since only three were manned.they came rushing in after backup was called, so it moved quickly after that. My fiancé was not very happy with the black coffee he got from the cafe... He specifically said that it taste like "burnt chemicals." I didn't even try it after that. He waited awhile at the cafe after ringing the bell. The lady that finally came to serve him seemed annoyed that he rang the bell, even though there was a sign stating you should do that. I will definitely come again and hopefully the coffee is better and the cash registers are fully manned. read more

This is the only Target I frequent. I love that they added the grocery aspect to it because their prices beat many other supermarkets. The store is always clean an organized. The staff is usually pleasant and helpful. Their paper goods, health items, and dry grocery items have always great prices. Target brand products are just as good as name brand with better prices. I ordered two command strips to hang things on my wall. I order this online along with a few other things and I chose store pickup. It turns out the command strips were not what I ordered online, meaning they gave me the wrong pack. I called in and let them know, and told them I would be in the next day. I go in the next day and they tell me that what I ordered online was what they gave me. This was not true as the photo online and the description included a total count of 9 command strips hooks, and they gave me the six pack. I am upset because I drove 20 minutes there in 20 minutes back to be told that what they gave me was the right item, which was not the case at all. On top of that, they offered me nothing to fix the situation. read more

really convenient location, very clean, with friendly employees, but also always weirdly barren. the grocery section always looks like a blizzard is just about to hit--the shelves are nearly empty more often than not. but I've also never gone in at a time when employees weren't stocking, so... where is everything? it's definitely not the employees' fault, obviously there's a severe purchasing/management problem and an inability to meet demand. it would be nice to be able to pick up a few things without hoping that entire shelves won't be empty though; there have been many times when I've come in with a whole grocery list and only been able to find one or two things on it. read more

A busy location on the Berlin turnpike, and the parking Lot is set up weird since the sore is recessed from the road. Any issues you may have with this target are pale in comparison when the other option is the Wal-Mart down the road. The class of peole at the target aren't the best, but it's leaps and bounds better than he wal-Mart. save yourself the shower you'll need and shop at the much nicer Target. read more

Conveniently attached to the Enfield Mall, but not many of the other stores in the mall are successful. However, this is one of the cleanest target stores I've been in, and they seem to be keeping it that way which is nice. The employees tend to stay out of you way, which I usually prefer. read more

I wish I could give a zero... I use to shop at target for everything! However I ordered a bike rack, a bike and a water bottle holder online, for in store pickup. I got an email stating my items were ready to be picked up... I get there and they say they were sorry but the bike has a defect and the water bottle was sold out and they forgot to call.... I take the bike rack and they said the Windsor ct store had the same bike and I could pick it up there. I go to the Windsor store and they state I need to pay for the bike again because transactions don't transfer between stores, they said I'd be refunded the amount at Enfield. My charge was pended because it was a similar purchase in a very short amount of time... So they wouldn't give me the bike.. I called my target card and they stated I've been charged for the bike, and bike rack twice!!!!!! The target in Enfield said I need to wait til recorded lines are processes and this mess could take a few weeks to figure out. So I've been charged almost 500$, yet have no merchandise. After this I'll never go to target again, and my card will be closed. read more
