I wasn't the area and then stop by to look for some items and they was lucky to find those no show sneaker socks for women at less than a dollar each which is cool. And it is 46% cotton which is even very decent. The place was clean well organized and the staff are very helpful. There was diversity in the employees and the customers. Easy access. I did not see a police car upon entering and leaving which is a really good thing. Parking is relatively easy. I even saw a verse that's just stops in front of Walmart all the way inside so people don't have to walk under snow all the way out. I love this move from the bus authority. I had good luck and bought many sweatshirts too, besides the no-show socks. I will definitely come back to this one since the vibes were positive. I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart. The customer service was terrible. Many of the employees appeared to be wearing AirPods, and when I asked for assistance, they had to remove them just to hear what I was saying. Even after repeating myself multiple times, I was either brushed off or directed to the wrong area. I was looking for insulated bags and, being from out of state, I wasn't familiar with the store's layout. The first employee I asked went to speak with another worker, but instead of helping me, both employees walked away. The second employee pointed me to a completely different section, and the third directed me to the camping department. After spending nearly an hour searching the store, I gave up and left without finding what I needed. It was frustrating and a complete waste of time. Management needs to do a better job training and supervising employees to ensure customers receive proper assistance. I will not be returning to this Walmart and would not recommend it to anyone expecting decent customer service. I'd give it zero star if I could. read more

Before they moved their grocery pickup to the other side of the building, the grocery pick up was great. Wait time was under 10 minutes. Now, the pick up area reeks of the smell of dope, the wait time was between 20 minutes to over an hour. The employees are not happy and really don't care. I called Walmart's customer service line and they don't care either. I've started to shop at Cub and a small grocery store by my house. Keep up the poor service and this location will be shut down too, just like the Brooklyn Center store. So I tried the self -checkout since all the lines with a sales clerk were long. The self-checkout was quite long as well, and I tried to check out....but had problems. Yes, there was a clerk to help but guess what...he told me there was no barcode which meant that I wasn't able to purchase the item at all! My friend and I went to pick up some photos purchased from a company that solicits via Walmart, not affiliated with directly with Walmart, but my review is specifically about Walmart. Greeted by the gentleman who checks receipts.. he was pleasant and friendly. We were even spoken to again by him, even though we had no receipts for him to check, he wanted to verify we found everthing was okay and that was liked our pix. They need to give this guy a raise! He's more on top of it then most employees working the floor and/or registers. We went looking to prices safes and could not locate where to go. We ended up by the locksmith area and the gentleman at that desk informed us it was in a different department and he gave us semi directions on how to get there. Which was nice... Once we got around the area, we still couldn't find it and we asked another employee where that specific dept was and she pointed to to where we were (not helpful) and she continued walking. LOL We eventually found it; priced it and got out of there. The store was decent. It wasn't a mess, but nor was it tidy. Decent experience and appreciated the good service that was had. Well that was a bust. We needed a few things and this store was down the street from our hotel. It took 5 minutes to get our items and 20 minutes to check out. There were only 2 check out lines open each with at least 8 customers. Our hot deli food was narely warm by the time we got it back to the hotel. I would think when lines start getting long they would open more check outs. I grabbed 4 case of waters (40 count each) and use the self check because there was only 3 line open with associates and they are all backed up. I was thinking I could just scan and go, but NOPE. When it was my turn I realized that none of the self checked had a barcode gun, so I ask the associate who was in charge and she said no gun. Guess what, I had to pick up the case of water and put it on the scanner and try to scan it 4 times. If they are willing to hire people like the cashier KEYAIRRA I had yesterday there is no point. I am so disgusted with the behavior I observed and received from her. Only one person in the store showed any decent behavior (she was stocking housewares). I attempted contact with others and was blatantly ignored and walked away from. The cashier treating the people so horrible before and after me was unbelievably disgusting. I would spend hundreds more over the typical cost to never be treated so poor, but seeing elderly people being treated so poorly made me sick. Throwing glass items in bags and refusing to even tell people their total is ridiculous. Worst Walmart store in the entire U.S. I stopped by 10:30 at night at the Walmart Super Center in Brooklyn Park MN to grab 12 pack of water and as i was about to pay in the auto pay the store manage had close those lanes. I asked him why he had the close the only response or excuse he come out with was we close them everyday around this time and he had no employees to cover those machines. He is full of bull... there were 4 employees group chatting doing nothing right there and he wasn't doing anything. Then, went back to the cash register and as soon as i got in line, the line started to get overcrowded and line back up far far away, i say around 50 customers frustrated and piss off only having one cash register running the show while the store manager was doing nothing. Of the 5 WalMart stores I go to the most often, this is my least favorite. It's not in the best neighborhood, so I never know if my car will still be there when I'm done shopping. The workers seem less motivated than other WalMart stores. It's less clean. There are more screaming children.
