Surprisingly very clean and organized. I've been to a few Walmarts, they're usually all the same. Affordable prices but less than stellar appearance throughout their stores. This place was a bit different. They seem to take pride in keeping things cleaned and organized. Lots of great prices and even clearance deals all throughout the store. read more

I've never had an issue with this store until yesterday when after checking out I was accosted by a fast-talking high-pressure salesman selling vinyl windows. Newsflash: it's 2026. If I want vinyl windows I can easily look online for a company that meets my needs and not some huckster shoving a brochure in my hand and asking for my phone number. Well, we'll, well.. it's Wally World. We were in the area and thought we'd take a look. This one is pretty well thought out layout wise. Staff is friendly and when asking questions helpful enough. When they have clearance and you have your app use it and scan items. Food section is pretty good and I found some things that they were phasing out food wise (clearance items as either people did not know is what it was or is) Prices have gone up like everywhere else and that's just our world right now. This store has been a huge blessing in my life. When covid hit I decided to try Walmart grocery pick up. There is a first responder in our household so I didn't want to drag my child with me into the craziness of the grocery stores. We couldn't afford to catch covid. Initially with covid there were a lot of things out of stock like every other place but Walmart made substitutions when they could. Time slots were hard to find again thanks to everyone in society scrambling. Trust me the substitutions are almost always in your favor from their store brand to name brand. The staff have always been beyond amazing. They are friendly and personable at this location. I have nothing but high regards for them. The employees are so quick here. I tried Walmart in Webster and waited over an hour to get my food so location and employees do indeed matter. I am still doing grocery pick up now because it is worth the drive. This Walmart having grocery pick up has saved me time and saved me a lot of money with avoiding other higher end grocery stores. read more

Came to this location to pickup preordered merchandise and a pre-assembled glass bookshelf for a family member. Only experience here was with the merchandise pickup department. The entire order was ready. All we had to do was drive up to the pickup area on the side of the building, park in a specially marked spot and call the phone number on the sign. They immediately brought everything out and loaded it all into the car. No muss no fuss. Pickup appears to be very well organized. read more

Just moved here from the NW and purchased groceries from this store. Among other items, I purchased a lot of fruits and vegetables which were SO BAD that I had to throw everything away. Romaine lettuce, potatoes, carrots, apples, oranges, peppers, zucchini, cucumbers, and brussel sprouts... EVERY SINGLE ITEM was either tasteless or moldy or the poorest quality possible. I was a little surprised when the checker told me something she was scanning was moldy and asked if I still wanted it with a discount but I didn't expect everything to be the highest level of bad to the point where it looked fine but tasted like it should be fed to pigs. So as far Walmarts are concerned this is a good one. This place is huge!! It truly is a super center There are three front doors. Garden,pharmacy,and market The market is constantly being stocked and the produce is very fresh. The deli is big and there is a bakery that cooks bread,donuts,and pizzas The meat is all prepackaged and fairly cheap There are lots of frozen foods. Veggies (mashed cauliflower) and lots of frozen entrees There is lots of milk selection and yogurt The baby section is big There are the usual nail salon, hair cutting,Subway, eyewear, and even a credit union The electronic department is well stocked with lots of choices So is the toy section From looking at the packed parking lot is is very popular The isles are wide and clean and the parking is easy When I want help finding something the staff is eager to take you right to it read more

Ehhh...not another Walmart. I was pretty desperate though trying to find picture frames and since Dollar Tree did not have any, I had to force myself to try the Walmart in Brockport since it was closer and I thought maybe...just maybe, that this may be a nice Walmart! Nice? Far from it... This Walmart is huge, more like a warehouse and less like an actual department store since most of the clothes and home items are not even shelved and left around on the cold concrete floors where careless people step on them, getting the merchandise all filthy with no employee in sight. Lazy much? I did find the pictures frame, which ranged from going about $8.99 a frame which since I needed nine of them, it costs up to $40 to $50 dollars. Before I get to how unsatisifed I was with my purchase, for a store as huge as this....why on Earth would you open only ONE LINE when twenty over lines exsist! What should have been a few minutes took over a half hour for the whole line to go by, that's a new low for Walmart. It didn't help at all when I cut my fingers trying to open up the frames, leading to cracked nails and bloody cuts. And I thought the one in Greece was worse....stay far away from this branch and don't look back. read more

This afternoon I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I went to checkout and an employee by the name of 'Alexyss' grabbed my basket with all my items in it and completely dumped everything out and shaking it while she was huffing and puffing something under her breath. With this she broke not one but TWO of my things and when I tried to tell her I no longer wanted the items she said "too bad". When it was time to pay she never told me the total so we basically had a staring contest until I knew it was ok to put my card in the reader. I grabbed my bags and made sure to tell her to have a great day even though she had ruined mine. Walmart- hire better people please. read more

My father and I went in there to get something, it was too dark in there. We went to make a pit stop and the bathrooms were the nastiest bathrooms I've ever seen. The urinals were gross, and the stall was beyond belief. I decided to look at the bathroom cleaning checklist for the associates to use to sign off when they clean the bathrooms......... They weren't cleaned since 12pm the day before!!!! (We were there at 3p). We then proceeded to the customer service desk to suggest they have someone clean the bathrooms, and we got a blank stare from the young lady behind the desk, probably not taken care of. This company is an utter joke. I requested that my phone be unlocked because the Device Unlock app said I needed to contact them. After THREE DAYS of shoddy customer service they try to tell me that because the phone has an account balance with the PRIOR OWNER, I cannot unlock my phone until they pay for a phone they no longer have. Complete and utter horseshit. Will not be using this company and will be reporting them to the BBB. read more
