This is a small town pharmacy and the people that work here take the time to know their customers and help in any way that the can. On the other hand, due to the fact that they are a small store, there are times that your wait may be longer than expected, especially during the peak hours of the day. I personally enjoy shopping for keepsakes and souvenirs from my hometown. I graduated from Livonia Central High School in 1993 and this is the place that I know that I am able to visit and get hats, shirts and other items that show my support for my home town.

A week later I have no meds and suffering withdrawal symptoms. Called and ask only to be told that they waited until late Friday. They gave the wrong address to FedEx. Even when I called them and corrected them again on the address, they told me they would fix it with FedEx. They never did! My mom had to give them the address again and ask for tracking number. When we got ahold of FedEx, Walmart never bothered to update them. My doctor can't help because the meds are shipped. I suffer from thyroid, allergies and extreme anxiety. Thanks Walmart.

She is rude and dismissive and was not at all helpful in getting anything resolved. I went two weeks without my meds because of her careless mistake. Went today to pick up my next round of meds and the same technician who messed up my meds was once again rude and dismissive about this error and refused to help me in any fashion. I followed the instructions of my doctor to skip the weeks I had missed of my meds due to the pharmacy mistake and the pharmacy would not give me my next pills until that time had passed and once again messed up my meds. Go to a pharmacy that can do basic math.

Grateful that Penn Yan has a nice balance of small local businesses peppered with a few national chains. Just one more thing that helped as we transitioned to our great new hometown.
