When I asked why I'd get texts stating it's ready, the tech says flat out "our systems suck." I can't argue with that, so I leave & return two days later. Nothing's ready. They say that they had to call the doc for a refill request (doubtful), and ... "oh hey, there's a code here I don't understand." After more waiting they claim insurance won't cover for two more days. Hang on, I haven't filled this script in two months, so what gives? "It was filled somewhere else." Uh, not by me. "Call your insurance, we can't tell you where." So I call insurance, who directs me to call the pharmacy insurance company. Woman answers and says, it's been filled. Today. At this location! WTF?! Back to the counter where they state they also (already) did what they said they couldn't do, and spoke with my insurance. And my script was ready, bagged and all. By magic. I have no idea what went wrong, but I look forward to the same misery for my next refill.

I also realized I had forgotten my purse in the car and needed it for the copay. She pulled the prescriptions aside and packaged them so that they were ready for me after I ran out to the car. She was very friendly and complimented how I accessorized my purse. The situation could have been very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me, but instead Alaesha made me glad I chose CVS that day.
