I was greeted the second I walked in, and she asked if I needed any help. I knew what I was looking for, so I said no and just found everything myself. While I was there, another customer came in that needed help with color, and she helped him, and then checked with me again to see if I needed anything. All of this was within probably 5 or 10 minutes. I found the supplies I needed for way less than I'd have had to spend to get them online. I don't especially like the products they carry here, but it's a great place for supplies and tools. I am also a licensed stylist, so you also get a little bit of a discount off the regular price. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.
