This is a cool place. They have tons of retro systems and titles. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is small with a tight layout, so it's sometimes hard to get it all in if they are busy. We try to stop here weekly. Parking is sometimes tricky, but it's worth your visit. read more

long time customer of both game crazes in downtown and Webster. went to Webster to buy a ps3 to play both ps2 and ps1 games. they informed me of the model and then sale me the only model they had that wasn't compatible. I thought no big deal, I'm within my 30 days to return and they messed up so it should be no problem. well actually it's my problem they could take back the ps3 for 70% or give me store credit for it. well both of those things is a loss. went there to trade in games as well and they just make up prices to lowball you. Even when I said I wanted to return the ps3 I just bought they said "well that's 129.99 so we'd give you about 75 bucks back". well they sold me the ps3 for 139.99 . so they charged me extra then they normal do clearly. I have the receipt to prove it. plus it's been two weeks and they wouldn't even give me a full refund. Better prices on eBay anyway! read more

A great place to pick up retro games and systems. They have many titles for the Atari, NES, SNES and Sega. They also have boxed games and strategy guides. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the games and systems, too. Only downside to this place is the prices. The games are listed at what you would pay on greedbay so, for a lover of games like myself, you end up paying a premium. read more

Selection is all over the place, so interesting items but mostly common junk. Staff is pretty bad, dealt with a young man there that was condescending and was quick to tell me the reason a widely distributed GameBoy game with a large print run was 20% over ebay prices was because it was "rare". Really? Then NintendoAge rarity guide is lying? Also to the same young man I attempted to trade in 3 sought after near mint NES titles ranging in value from $20-35 a piece on the low end. He offered me $8 credit for all 3. Despite having none of the titles in stock i was still low balled to the point it was offensive and i politely declined. If you want to be charged way over ebay, and lowballed for your trade then shop at the Webster Game Craze. read more

Don't go here to trade in consoles. Brought my Xbox one with minor cosmetic damage but worked completely fine and they wouldn't even take it. Went down the street to gamestop and got 40 plus bucks for it. And the guy working the counter has some serious B.O read more

If you are even remotely interested in video games, this is the place for you. They have games and for every system ever made from the Atari 2600 up to the Xbox 360. The sales staff and owner are friendly and if you have a problem with anything the owner will go above and beyond to help you out, even if you don't have your receipt. I once saw him give a customer a loaner ps3 when the one he bought became defective. I can't say that's a common occurrence,but it just shows what they are willing to do to help out their customers. I love this place and I can't say enough nice things about them. Even when I don't need anything in particular, I'll stop by just to chit chat and look around and I always end up walking out with something. There's just too much here. Even if you aren't into video games they have tons of used DVDs and blu rays. I'm not sure if the sale is permanent or if it's still going on, but quiet often the DVDs will be buy one get one free. And they only charge $3 for used DVDs which essentially makes them $1.50 each. Anyway I'll stop my Game Craze love feat now. I just really really can't recommend these guys enough and I'd like to take the time to help them out and write a good review for them here. Although, everything I've said here is 100% true and from the heart. I don't know these guys personally and I have no reason to be biased towards them, other then the fact that they have a fantastic store, one that I frequent often. Thanks for reading. read more
