Amber, who is the office manager is the worst, who feels a free fluoride treatment ($30) makes up for the multiple times they have cost you to miss work, but when you have an emergency they want to charge you $50. The horrible part is they even send an email saying confirm your appointment, and guess what it was never confirmed, yet they still want to charge. On top of all this they will schedule for services that your insurance doesn't cover and then say oh we will give you a 10% discount. Insurance companies need to investigate this business, there is definitely some sneaky business going on. Customers be aware!!

To further elaborate, the entire staff at Elmwood Dental Group is incredible.. dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff-literally everyone there! Elmwood Dental Group make visiting the dentist an extremely pleasurable experience. More recently, my four year-old son fell face first onto a bench while visiting the Strong Museum of Play. With a quick call to Elmwood Dental, they had us in office in less than an hour. Their staff are so amazing with the little ones! Dr. Chris made his x-ray super painless, and as much fun as a four year-old can have getting an x-ray on a tender tooth. Dr. Comfort even gave out her cell number in case he had an issue over the weekend, while the office was closed. Additionally, I want to add that Kayla, the hygienist who worked on my two young boys, made it so fun for them, it seemed like a playdate.
