They refused to even look at my teeth after I booked a first exam and a cleaning and filled out many pages of online questions that gave me serious carpal tunnel, saying they had to do a surprise !! full mouth set of xrays first, for no reason at all, just because. Dr. Badali is wonderful. I needed 2 crowns replaced, one of which was very visible when I smile. The old one was always a little off in color, but I just thought that's as good as I could expect. He was a perfectionist in ensuring it would be perfect. I was amazed. I can't believe the difference! There is no way to tell that it's a crown. The other crown in the back is also perfect. He was so gentle and I had no discomfort at all afterwards. The staff is so great, and cleanings are thorough and gentle as well. I can't recommend CrossKeys Dental enough! read more

I had an appointment scheduled 6 months in advance. Cross keys dental texted me that I would have to call for another appointment 10 days before my appointment to say the doctors would be on vacation. They told me I could get an appointment 2 months later. The front desk treated me poorly. This is not the only time. The Dentists are good but the front office make too many mistakes in my experience. Ill find another Dentist. read more

Dr. Badali is fantastic! He took time to sit down with me and explain what was happening and why I would need further work. He also helped educate me on how to prevent cavities, further than just brushing and flossing. Heather the hygienist was amazing as well! Our conversation was natural and not uncomfortable. I have been a patient at Crosskeys Dental for over 20 years. Obviously, I'm very pleased with my experiences with both dentists. Michelle, at the front desk, is always welcoming with a smile on her face. The girls that work there are wonderful. They're always friendly, and make me feel at ease. Dr. DuPre and Dr. B. are the BEST. Both are outstanding professionals, and their work is top notch. They of course are interested in your oral health, but always ask about family and share stories about their family members. A very low keyed, welcoming office. I highly recommend Crosskeys Dental. Dr Badali is an excellent, knowledgeable dentist. I just traveled to get 2 crowns and it was worth the distance for the level of care that was provided. I felt very comfortable in the office, and Dr. Badali always checked in with me about any pain, the comfort of my jaw and also spent a good amount of time ensuring that my permanent crown naturally fit in among my other teeth. He has a marvelous "chair side manor" and made me laugh and feel at ease during my visit. His assistant Anita is such an important part of the experience; she is "on it" for every step of the procedure and they are a very cohesive team. I also have to give a shout out to the lab that CrossKeys Dental works with that created these crowns; They did an impeccable job! I can't even notice the crowns in my mouth! And they blend in very well with the teeth around them, color and all! I noticed and welcomed the newly updated waiting area. I love that new floor and the wall colors made me feel very calm. check your bills very closely they love charging for services not performed I have been a patient at Crosskeys for about 10 years All of which has been wonderful until my last visit for a cleaning. Apparently, Dear Dr Dupre sold the practice and the new owner is a money-grubbing charge for services not provided kind of guy -- I have an appointment for a cleaning, received the cleaning, the new dentist introduced himself spent less than 3 minutes talking and when I got the bill it included an oral exam which never happened -- after writing and informing them of the fraudulent charges they still continue to bill for services never performed -- I will never go back Totally unbelievable they are now LYING and claiming I received a thorough oral exam in the 3 minutes he used to introduce himself. I will now be pursuing additional outlets to inform people of crosskeys dental money grubbing charge for services never provided horrible new ownership read more

They get excited about when it's time to see the fabulous staff and look forward to the fun little surprise they get at the end of their visit. Everytime I go here it's been great. For cleanings they help me with what I can do to make my teeth healthier. We have had two dental issues this week and everyone at Crosskeys has been so helpful and wonderful! I had a problem in the middle of the evening and Dr Badali met us at the office late at night on a Friday so I could have my tooth fixed before leaving for a trip. He was so accommodating and I really appreciated him doing this for me. A few days later my daughter had a tooth crack she got right in to see Dr.Dupre who was so understanding and helped her through the process of having her tooth pulled. He made her feel very comfortable and put her mind at ease. He even called later that evening to make sure she was doing well.
