I was referred to dental surgeon Dr. Eric Ruckert for a lower wisdom tooth extraction. My first…read morevisit was not pleasant. I was told my dentist sent the wrong xray and i would need a new xray. No attempts were made to contact my dentist to rectify the mistake. When the surgeon applied the novocaine it was very painful. He didnt seem concerned about my pain level. Before the extraction the assistant and surgeon seemed to whisper something above my head which I thought was unprofessional. I also did not see either one of them wash their hands before my proceedure. The simple extraction took 5 to 10 minutes. And I was sent home with a booklet with instructions, syringe, surgeon's home phone number and a copy of the $800.00 bill including the $100.00 xray fee. I had to call the surgeon at home 3 days later due to dry socket and severe pain on a Sunday. We arranged a time that day to pack the sockets with a gauze pain treatment. The surgeon had me meet him at a different location from the original location we had originally met. I arrived 10 minutes late due to getting lost. The surgeon was sarcastic, rude, and rough when he applied my pain treatment. He stated that he could tell i didnt "follow his driving instructions." And as he is standing in the driveway.....he also stated..."Hurry up....I am going to be late for a christmas party." Dr. Eric Ruckert's behavior was completely unprofessional and inexcusable. I would not recommend him whatsoever.

I have had surgery…read moremultiple times on different areas of my mouth and Dr. Carbonaro has done an amazing job each and every surgery he has performed. Dr. Carbonaro is great at what he does and really makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Carbonaro gives out his personal cell phone number and always checks in on me the evening after my surgery to make sure all is well. I can tell he really cares and it is much appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Carbonaro! His staff are always friendly and VERY helpful at all times! Paula has been a great addition to his practice as well!

I went to the Dr.Rucker to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was nervous and very anxious about…read moregetting them removed and I cried out of nervousness as I have a fear of blood and needles and anesthesia. He repeatedly yelled at me telling me to grow up (I'm a 17 year old girl who has never had surgery before) he said "I'm going to act like you father here and tell you to grow up because I'm to old to be scared of needles or blood." I was very upset about being yelled at by a complete stranger in which caused me to get more upset. If he hadn't already given me the anesthesia I would have and should have walked out give his lack of manner and compassion. He was extremely rude. He didn't really go over post recovery treatment gave me a few gauze and called it a day. Before surgery he talked about how how he was a tree surgeon and liked that better and how he doesn't enjoy his job. He also said that with the anesthesia I wouldn't remember any of the surgery. I remember them finishing taking out my last tooth. When I went to the recovery room I told my mom I wanted to leave because of the way he acted so we did because we both saw how rude and inconsiderate he was towards people. I do not recommend getting oral surgery done with Dr.Rucker.

I've never been one who enjoys going to the dentist for anything, even a cleaning. However Dr…read more Morono and his staff are so go at making you comfortable and putting you at ease.They genuinely care about you and any concerns you have. The staff takes the time to get to know you, so you always have real conversations when your there... no small talk. The lobby is made up of over sized comfy leather chairs and a cute kids corner with books and coloring activities. They always have a wide variety of magazines and newspapers to read while your waiting. I love all the modern upgrades they have in their patient rooms, flat screen tv's that are right in front of you. (you are in control of the remote) Comfortable chairs too. The small travel sized samples you receive after your cleaning is great for me with all the trips I go on. (toothbrush, mouthwash, floss and picks) So even tho I don't look forward to going to the dentist (who really does?), I no longer have any anxiety when I do have to go.
