Maybe some people don't like that they "keep it real" but they are also polite and up front about things. I get a good caring vibe from the office staff. I'm no medical professionals so I won't say I recommend them. But I can say that they treat me well even when I show up late. I actually didn't mind that they poked fun at me for being late. I deserved it haha. So if they aren't for you that's alright. People change doctors all the time. But they are good people and worth the shot.

Had two wisdom teeth removed at ROS with Dr. Michael Krzemien -- ended up needing a new $2K crown…read more I opted for conscious sedation rather than full anesthesia and was told I'd feel pressure but no pain. However, the procedure began before the sedative had taken full effect. I experienced significant pain and requested additional sedation, but the extraction resumed almost immediately afterward, and I remained in considerable discomfort throughout. After the procedure, Dr. Krzemien inquired about my dental crown. He then explained that it had been dislodged during the extraction and had been reattached using temporary cement. My regular dentist later examined it and found the crown to be damaged beyond repair, requiring full replacement. In addition to the unexpected cost of replacing the crown, I was also billed for the temporary cement and that bill is now accumulating monthly service charges.

I finally called the Pittsford office and set it up. Dr. Harp Deol did an amazing job ! He explained every step as he went and showed the instruments. It was honestly easier than getting a filling! I was eating soft food later that night with NO discomfort from my tooth or jaw at all. The next day I didn't know I ever had the procedure done !! Never took a tylonal or Advil. I will never worry about a root canal again. I'll just go see Dr Harp Deol again !!! The entire office was very friendly and easy to work with. 5 star experience.

Been here once on a recommendation from a colleague and had a positive experience. I called for an…read moreurgent appointment because of a sharp shooting pain every time I ate. They took me right away as a new patient, and even sat on the phone with me while driving to help me find the place. My previous dentist had told me I probably had a cracked tooth. This dentist had a different explanation (which I questioned thoroughly after the last dentist). But sure enough, I followed his advice and within days my tooth pain subsided. I will definitely be back for maintenance and any other atypical dental needs. Will update!
