Had two wisdom teeth removed at ROS with Dr. Michael Krzemien -- ended up needing a new $2K crown…read more I opted for conscious sedation rather than full anesthesia and was told I'd feel pressure but no pain. However, the procedure began before the sedative had taken full effect. I experienced significant pain and requested additional sedation, but the extraction resumed almost immediately afterward, and I remained in considerable discomfort throughout. After the procedure, Dr. Krzemien inquired about my dental crown. He then explained that it had been dislodged during the extraction and had been reattached using temporary cement. My regular dentist later examined it and found the crown to be damaged beyond repair, requiring full replacement. In addition to the unexpected cost of replacing the crown, I was also billed for the temporary cement and that bill is now accumulating monthly service charges.

The staff takes the time to get to know you, so you always have real conversations when your there... no small talk. The lobby is made up of over sized comfy leather chairs and a cute kids corner with books and coloring activities. They always have a wide variety of magazines and newspapers to read while your waiting. I love all the modern upgrades they have in their patient rooms, flat screen tv's that are right in front of you. (you are in control of the remote) Comfortable chairs too. The small travel sized samples you receive after your cleaning is great for me with all the trips I go on. (toothbrush, mouthwash, floss and picks) So even tho I don't look forward to going to the dentist (who really does?), I no longer have any anxiety when I do have to go.

I finally called the Pittsford office and set it up. Dr. Harp Deol did an amazing job ! He explained every step as he went and showed the instruments. It was honestly easier than getting a filling! I was eating soft food later that night with NO discomfort from my tooth or jaw at all. The next day I didn't know I ever had the procedure done !! Never took a tylonal or Advil. I will never worry about a root canal again. I'll just go see Dr Harp Deol again !!! The entire office was very friendly and easy to work with. 5 star experience.
