After filling out a short form I was taken right back. Dr. Brian Shaughnessy examined my tooth and the problem. Normally you would come back for a appointment however he decided to fit me in between appointments because of how much pain I was in. They really care about the patients here. I was given some anesthetic for the pain and it immediately started to work. The Dr. was able to start a root cancel on me right away. I felt so at ease here ( normally I'm a nervous wreck at the dentist) The staff continued to check on me as it took some time to take care of my tooth and working on other people. I left very drowsy but no pain. The office made sure to call me the next day to make sure I was ok. Tooth issues can be the worst but Victor Oral Surgery can be the best solution. I'm so thankful to Dr. Shaughnessy and the staff here for taking care of my tooth and me. Hopefully I don't have to get another root canal but if I do I'm coming back here.

The office was able to squeeze me and handle the emergency all in the same day. Dawn, the receptionist was kind and welcoming. She was patient in trying to figure out my insurance information and treated me like one of their own from the moment I walked in the door. Taylor, the dental assistant on my case, was wonderful. She was professional, paid close attention to detail and made what could have been a tense situation feel light. I want to preface the next part of this review by saying that I have had subpar dental experiences in my past, some that drove me away from the dentist for years... Dr. Lowenguth was INCREDIBLE. He got to the cause of my issue without judgement and was quick to come up with a solution. He was personable and funny with wonderful chair side manner and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. You can tell that his patients and staff matter to him and he is passionate about his practice. I've been very happy patient/client of Greece Family Dentistry and Implantology for the past 6 or 7…read moreyears, I think. Lost track! But what I haven't lost track of is the outstanding care and service I get each visit! I had to get some emergency work done this month, in addition to my 6-month cleaning. They're excellent about getting me in for emergency care, and always helpful in scheduling appointments and offering options for doing so, etc. The dental work I get is always top-notch - no complaints. The thing that really has me gushing about this cherished establishment is the family environment, friendliness, kindness, respectfulness, professionalism, excellent bedside manner, and a staff that has always made me feel welcome, respected, and kind of like I'm family while there. From the front desk to assistants, hygienists, and doctors - it's been nothing but top-notch, always friendly, always patient, aways attentive, light and enjoyable interaction. This past week I had the pleasure of being greeted by Janet, the in-take assistant with whom I enjoyed some pleasant convo with. My previous hygienist (Sarah, whom I loved!) has gone elsewhere. I met my new hygienist, Carla, who was as friendly as they come, and super gentle with my sensitive problem teeth. She explained everything along the way to ensure I was comfortable and not experiencing any discomfort (because I have really hyper-sensitive spots). So I love my new hygienist, Carla! I was scheduled for a filling on a chipped tooth following my cleaning. Another tooth had chipped since making the appointment and Dr. K. was happy to take care of both of them during the same visit! She also took care of my crown earlier in the month, too. Excellent work on the fillings (two front chipped teeth) and crown! The doctor's assistant, Ellie, was also friendly, enjoyable to chat with, and did her thing in perfect harmony with Dr. K. during the crown and more recent fillings. I can't say enough good things about this dental practice. Dr. Cabrera (owner and dental surgeon) runs an excellent business. He's also super friendly and has provided outstanding work for me in previous visits. His staff goes above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion. She was not only allergic to the titanium implants, Dr. Geminani kept brushing this serious condition off for 7 MONTHS . Finally he took the bolts out.... too late. Because off the trauma, and underlying factors she has been diagnosed with Shojgrens disease. We are now out over $5000.00 plus. So your homework. Use an oral surgeon that has there own office. AVOID THIS DENTIST PRACTICE
