Each of the primary care Drs are each very skilled, patient focused and genuinely look to deliver the best out come and experience for your issue. The remaining staff is at the same level and technical knowledge as the Drs. Up on their game, deliver with a kind smile and deliver a great experience. Have been super impressed on how they deliver their product and ensure patient satisfaction. The facility is modern, clean and bright. Equipment is well maintained and up to date. They have a great lab with n sight that can scan and produce permanent Crowns right on site. (I just had one done to day). If you are looking for a great dental team - these folks are it. I appreciate and Thank You each for taking great care of me.

Be aware, I would avoid this dentist at all cost. They are only about money, and commit fraud in…read moreorder to obtain that. They will repeatedly schedule you appointments, and when you arrive tell you that you are there on the wrong day. Amber, who is the office manager is the worst, who feels a free fluoride treatment ($30) makes up for the multiple times they have cost you to miss work, but when you have an emergency they want to charge you $50. The horrible part is they even send an email saying confirm your appointment, and guess what it was never confirmed, yet they still want to charge. On top of all this they will schedule for services that your insurance doesn't cover and then say oh we will give you a 10% discount. Insurance companies need to investigate this business, there is definitely some sneaky business going on. Customers be aware!!

The work they did was very good according to a couple other dentists I saw afterward. For this alone I would rate them five stars. Cons: Cost is the sole reason I left. A special 3-D scan cost $649; two other dentists I asked charged $150 and $250 for same scan and were surprised by the Brighton Dental price. On implants, the going price around WNY is $4,000-$5,000 whereas the Brighton Dental charge was $6,500. It was not a special case for an implant and I had it done elsewhere for just under $4,000. This time, not just two but three other dentists I asked about this were surprised by the Brighton Dental Group price. Also, the Brighton dentist assured me that I needed a second implant whereas two other dentists who did not know each other thought I only needed one.
