Stood in line to pick up my prescription this evening at 7:55. Watched an employee finish her shift and leave and another come in. There was a woman chatting about schedules- asking people if they were off the following day. She finally came to wait on me and I explained that there was a product that I was unable to find despite searching for it. She said Aisle 18. Since there was NOONE behind me or waiting, I asked her if I could grab the product quickly so it could be rung up together. She said "no! We are very busy"... BUSY? No. I stood and waited and listened to you chatting- if you were so busy then why weren't you working rather than chatting about your weekend plans? Plus you couldn't be bothered to show me were the product was? Terrible service. I will be changing my pharmacy! read more

I went to the store to pick up a prescription that requires pre authorization for insurance. This is an existing prescription and the Doctor's office said everything was all set so I asked the pharmacist questions to clarify what the issue was. She was extremely rude and did not look up from the computer. I don't recommend using this store for the pharmacy. read more

CVS is alright. I come here all the time just because it is around the corner. Is it spectacular? Eh, it is just convenient. The prices for cosmetics and beer are a little above average. If you have the patience to wait until things are on sale and then have a coupon, you can get an okay deal. Normally people don't wait for deals when they run out of eyeliner, or need cold medicine though. They just need it then and there. They don't always honor their own coupons, which I experienced today. The staff didn't really go above and beyond to figure out the problem, and I didn't want to be the jerk to hold up the line, so I bit the bullet and just paid. The coupon would have saved me $11 though. They often have BOGO on vitamins, watch for that in their circular. I would like to commend CVS for their array of gift cards. Running into there for a card and a gift is something I find myself doing often. I was looking for a specific restaurant for a friend because I didn't want to drive out to Henrietta, and to my delight they had it. CVS is CVS. That's all I have to say about that. read more

Cvs is CVS but the pharmacy staff is second to none. They are fabulous. The store is whatever basically.. They have all the usual stuff at jacked up prices.. Go elsewhere but the pharmacy staff is excellent. Pleasant and will help you in any way possible no joke. Bravo to them.. The rest of the staff in store is actually pretty good but they seem slightly annoyed I get it.. It's Park Ave and sometimes people act like idiots. That's all I got.. CVS on Park Ave is the perfect spot to grab things that you need but you don't want to have to get in your car and travel to Wegmans or some other store out in Henrietta. There are always associates there to help you if you can't find something, the prices aren't outrageous considering it has the convenience factor of being just down the street from where a lot of people live. I have grabbed a lot of little essentials there at the last minute and it has saved me a trip someplace farther away. Its great that you can get in and out quickly, and is just down the street. read more

I felt uncomfortable here a few days ago when two employees behind the cashiers had a very vocal argument between one another while they were assisting two customers and had a line of about five people waiting. I actually had to look over my shoulder at the people on line to make sure I wasn't imagining this altercation. I truly have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in a work environment before. Besides this public fight between the two female employees, I rarely have smooth transactions when I come here. There is usually only one person working at the front and the line to check out can become long quickly. I often check out in the back at Pharmacy so that I don't have to wait as long. Considering its one of the only if not the only pharmacy on Park, you would think they would have more people working behind the counter. Parking is usually good unless people are utilizing the spots and going into the restaurants. read more

Great customer service - was greeted right as I walked in and the cashier, Ashley, asked if she could help me find anything (which it turns out I did need help). Prices were a little cheaper than a gas station and the store was well organized. Biggest highlight and reason for 5 stars was the customer service. read more

Pretty great for a cvs. I have had wonderful customer service here. Good selection of items and prices are fair on some things, others are a bit expensive, but those are for the items you wouldn't choose to go specifically here for. So, over all, great store. good location too! read more

My wife received an surprise surgery late in the night. After a few hours at Strong she received medications for the surgery and this CVS was the only 24 hour pharmacy open. We got our discharge papers and the receipt was sent to CVS. The dude was to lazy to check the computer to see if you her meds where in and kept repeating "Nope we didn't get anything" we had to call the hospital to make sure it was sent, which it was and then try to argue with the nurse. They were sent, he was unprofessional. 1 Star. read more
