The lady that answered was very polite, and apologized for having to put me on hold briefly while she did that and gave me a wait time. 10 minutes. Great! Lolled about Wegmans patio and headed over in about 6 minutes and the prescription was waiting for me. I barely had to wait in line. The cashier at the pharmacy was polite, quick and professional. Out of the Last two remaining wholesale club stores in rochester..BJ's would be the second…read morebest...But there are definitely some great reasons to have a BJ's membership. First they accept coupons. Both BJ's and Manufacturer coupons, and you can use 1 manufacturer coupon and one BJ's coupon on 1 single item. So if you are really into savings..BJ's is the club where you are going to save the most. Especially when you have a coupon and a product also happens to be on sale(which I find happens often) Those savings really start to pile up. Keep in mind that these clubs sell almost all the same products you buy at any wholesale club(minus the house brand name products) Second They have a Deli where you can get cold-cuts for probably the best consistent price around..I'm talking domestic prosciutto where every deli in rochester sells it for 20 dollars a pound..BJ's sells it for 7.99lb. In My opinion that alone is enough for me to keep a membership. (I love prosciutto) And most of the other cold-cuts they sell do not go over 8 dollars a pound. Third they do not ask for your Membership ID when you enter the store which is a minor thing but it's nice. They also have 4 locations in rochester. Which makes it super convenient to live fairly close to one. Now for the bad part. First their bakery items have gone down hill since the 90s and early to mid 2000's when I used to go here. I guess for me it's not a big deal now as I don't really eat sweets anymore..But if you expect the bakery items to be as good as Costco or Sams Club..You might be disappointed. Sometime in 2010 or so they stopped baking their bakery goods in store..and had them shipped in and I really noticed the difference for the worse. Quality just isn't there anymore. They No longer have a food court(at east at this location) which could be a deal breaker for some..But in my opinion their food court was never very good. Even with these negatives I feel BJ's has enough positives to give it 4 stars.

Holley Pharmacy started using computers in 1985 when neither CVS or Rite-Aid had them. Throughout the years it has adopted technologies that improved customer service. The staff is extremely friendly . Their pharmacist John Carl has been at the same Pharmacy since 1981. The owner Luke started at the same pharmacy when he was only 16 yrs old . The pharmacy techs Cori, Michelle, Kiersten has been there for over 10 years and are just awesome as far as customer service. The turnover rate in this place is better than Costco. Average time of an employee at the pharmacy is over 7years. The pharmacy also has a great delivery service with deliveries going out 3 times a day and it's totally free service because Holley Pharmacy cares. There are also many other employees in the pharmacy not mentioned here who give great customer service also. I know all this because I have going to Holley Pharmacy since the 80s.
