She finally came to wait on me and I explained that there was a product that I was unable to find despite searching for it. She said Aisle 18. Since there was NOONE behind me or waiting, I asked her if I could grab the product quickly so it could be rung up together. She said "no! We are very busy"... BUSY? No. I stood and waited and listened to you chatting- if you were so busy then why weren't you working rather than chatting about your weekend plans? Plus you couldn't be bothered to show me were the product was? Terrible service. I will be changing my pharmacy!

I'd like to start off by stating there are some good employees at this pharmacy, however the…read moreless-than-desirable ones sadly seem to constitute the majority. For the aforementioned employees that leave much to be desired, one could almost believe they took the following trainings for their position: 1) How to sound patronizing, 2a) How not admit fault/take responsibility 2b) How to displace blame 3) How to make it sound like they are going out of the way doing YOU a favor (um, has anyone told you it's YOUR JOB?) The cherry on top? (Not a deal breaker, but still!) The pharmacy blasts the most abrasive hold music you'll ever hear, interrupted constantly by a recording of a woman apologizing OVER and OVER for the wait and insisting that all their employees are busy helping others. Every time I call, I am on hold for around 2-5 minutes. I don't mind holding. But I do under these circumstances. It makes me want to scream and throw my phone against the wall. How high is your threshold of tolerance for smooth jazz and the same repetitive interruption saying the same thing over and over again every 30 seconds? EVERY 30 seconds, one gets their hopes up thinking just maybe it's a real human picking up to help you, but no, it's that annoying recorded woman apologizing profusely again. I have given this pharmacy a few months to redeem itself but disappointingly have been let down consistently at least 75% of the time. One last aside: On a more serious note, when I first started using this pharmacy, I regrettably even had to report them for unethical and illegal conduct I experienced not once, not twice, but three times. In that instance, I truly hope they didn't know any better and it was a product of poor training. I should've heeded that red flag in the beginning and gone elsewhere sooner. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I am happy to share this hasn't happened again since I filed the report.

I haven't posted a review in quite sometime however I felt this subpar business deserved a review…read more Specifically, yesterday (8-25-22) the pharmacy felt it would be appropriate to close for the day because their pharmacist had the day off. Yes, we all appreciate the people that show up to work but even when their staff do show up it's typically a 3 ring circus with no ringmaster with the exception of a few good staff. Since the pandemic we have learned to accept laziness or just plain showing up as a good quality in a worker and this is the result. The store manager was well aware his pharmacist had a scheduled day off but chose to be lazy and not find a pharmacist to cover from a different store because it didn't directly impact him. Yesterday, after I worked sick all day and went to get my antibiotics at 5pm I learned the pharmacy was closed by a sign on the window. I attempted to have my script pulled from the system so another Walgreens could fill it however due to not one single person being available to actually type it into the system it could not be transferred. Sure hope the manager is able to ensure the community has access to their prescriptions and other necessary medications today. I feel awful for all the other parents and people that experienced this also when going to pick up meds for sick children or elderly parents at home. Clearly this should be no stars but that is not an option.

She can back with, "Oh sorry hun, we don't sell MAC" I told her that I just read an article in The NY Times where they announced Sephora was now selling MAC" She said, Nope! Sorry hun! Yes, she called a 55 year old women hun. Extremely inappropriate for a girl her age. I do not think hun, baby, doll, any of those types of greeting are appropriate for anyone, at any age. Her smile was obnoxious and she said nothing more after that. She stood there like she expected me to walk away. So I did just that. Turned and walked straight out the door. That was that. No, How about I show you what we have that is comparable? I would have been fine with an alternative option. But the girl was not bright enough to turn it into a sale. She probably even thought she did he job well. So I left, went to Ulta and dropped Over 500.00 there on all new makeup. Not all of it was MAC. But the girls at Ulta were incredible. Helpful, nonjudgmental. They were not made up like Cupie dolls, like in Sephora. They had a more mature, classic look to their makeup. Sephora might be for kids, but I have 6 daughters and 10 granddaughters that will be getting Ulta gift cards from now on, instead of Sephora. What was it, that Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman.
