Calling the store is a maze of cryptic communications that are either inept, unwilling or unable to resolve our issue in a timely maner. Overall, we would have received much better service from Bob's competitors with service delivery on-par with what we paid. Buyer beware when they deliver with their so called "White Glove Service". Have them send people that understand directions and details.

Jon came out and tried to fix the draw and broke a piece under the bed right in front of me. He said he would replace the piece and fix and hasn't. I've been ignored through numerous calls and texts for the past 4 months. They were also supposed to replace my daughters dresser that had a defect and that was never taken care of. I never was given a copy of my warranty. I've been asking for 9 months for a copy and still nothing. This is beyond acceptable that I can't get a return phone call from Jon the manager.
