Located right at the Batavia exit off the Thruway, this Walmart was okay. A clean parking lot though the carts needed help. Inside, the men's room needed some attention. The shelves were decently stocked and I had no problem finding what I wanted in the deli and commercial bakery aisles. Bottled water was missing in several SKUs. Self-checkout worked fine. I may have stopped here once in the past. Today, I stopped by very early in the morning as I was looking for something I didn't tap with me. Was it very crowded because it was early in the morning, and there was tons of easy parking not unusual at Walmart. I had to ask a few employees to help me find what I was looking for, and then I was able to quickly purchase it and be on my way. I did notice there were tons of employees, doing all kinds of restocking of shelves when I was there. Were clear, and everything was laid out nicely. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. read more

This store never has any open cash registers and force customer to Self Check even though there are several lazy employees just standing around the registers. The Manager is completely clueless and has no idea of how to run the store or manage his employees. A troop of Circus Clowns could do a better job than the current management team and would be a hell of a lot more entertaining! read more

worse Walmart shoppers ever. last sale date on baked goods, meats, rotton produce, no effort to offer you a different product if the one you ask for is not available. My husband Got a cantaloupe with big rot spots, I got a package of tomatoes that were rotten. Ever order something important is missing from the order. Management needs to either retrain shoppers unless they are using them to dump garbage food on delivery customers. read more

Rude customer service. My 11 yr old even commented. She was just trying to find a black longsleeve top for her school play. The crabby old fitting room attendant was a miserable cow about it, and treated us as if we were stupid. Online the top she wanted was *in stock* when I said "we looked all over but only found Jr XL" (4 sizes too big) I asked if one had been tried on and left in the fitting room area. She rolled her eyes and said the ONLY place it could POSSIBLY be was on the shelf it belonged on, because it was a folded item, with a not said, but implied ***DUH*** after. Wellllllllllll, this store is always a hot mess, stuff all over the place and due to the website saying this top should be available in sz small and medium for her to try on (why we came) we did look around. I find things in the wrong location all the time here. We ended up leaving and buying a used Old Navy top for 99 cents at the Salvation Army on the way home, and the cashier was lovely. All set to be a turtle in the school play. Curbside is FINE here, staff are great. Not so much at the fitting room or anywhere IN the store. ​​​​Stick to curbside for best results. read more

It's Wallmart known for all stop or one shop shopping. I found what I needed. I was able to get hot food from the deli that has limited items maybe 10 to 6. The deli staff was friendly. They had nice prepared salads by different suppliers I found to fresh product to be average. As with any megamart items will be out of stock of on in wrong areas this was the same here. The store was overall clean and I checked out with no issues with prices not matching what was posted. read more

I went in tonight to do some shopping. All totes were not 50% off but at one section in the back these plastic totes were listed as 2.50. Not my fault if the sign is wrong. I took a pic just in case. Pretty hit or miss. Some employees are dismissive, rude, and seemingly unintelligent. Others give stellar customer service and just totally make your day. Good prices. They don't always carry the same foods or brands from week to week, so you're never quite sure if your favorite one will be there. It's been at least two months since I've seen even ONE gallon of Poland Spring water on the shelf. Totally empty every time. I don't know what their method of ordering inventory is. Pickup service is OK but no option to choose your specific substitution so you end up having to go in to the store anyways. read more

Pretty average Walmart. Store is always pretty clean and staff is about average for this type of store. Greeters are always friendly. Store is huge and frustrating to shop in due to size but typical of this chain. I find it is usually stocked pretty decent. read more

Standard Walmart store, with a grocery section as well that carries a lot of the same things as a Tops (though sometimes prices are higher?). I'm not really a fan of Walmart in general but sometimes you just have to go there for shampoo or whatever it may be. This Walmart Is generally clean but some of the shelves are messy and workers are hit or miss with their friendliness. read more

Had some ammo on sale. Inventory check showed they had it. Employee said the ammo case was broken and they couldn't get it which is total nonsense as I worked at a Wal-Mart when I was in college. I called corporate, a manager called me back to apologize and said he'd make it right but by the time I could go back a few days later of course the ammo was all sold. read more

My doctor sends in two prescriptions to the pharmacy at this Walmart in Batavia New York at 11 am this morning. I call at 4 pm tonight and and say I haven't gotten a text saying my prescriptions that were sent in at 11 am were ready. Oh we have a question on one of them(um why didn't you call me or doc to ask) so I answered the question. I show up at 5 pm to pick them up guess what still not ready. Forget that I have an infection and need an antibiotic..... my doctor sees me 45 min after I call because I'm not feeling well, pharmacy can't fill the scripts in 6 hrs time. Anyway I guess I'll try to pick them up tomorrow. Horrible incompetent place. read more

I had a horrible experience here. They have changed the layout of the whole store and you can't find anything or find someone that knows what they are doing to help you. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. If you are going to the store and you only need a couple of things and don't have a lot of time pick a different store because this place won't be a quick trip. read more
