Honestly I went in looking for something my boyfriend needed and after asked 3 capable people who clearly did. It want to help. The first woman pointed me to a direction. The second woman pointed towards a man. That man then walked me back to the initial woman who then walked me to the The aisle and say we don't have it. It wasn't till I got to the register and spoke to the person who pointed me in the direction of someone who is better at speaking in English did I get any kind of assistance. Adelaida ( if I understood and didn't butcher it too much) helped me actually look for the item took the time to look at the picture and try to assist me. I really appreciated her help. Someone needs to double her pay! Her customer service skills OUTSTANDING!!!!

DONT go I wouldn't. It's disorganized and the manager has to be the rudest lady I've met especially as a manager.

It was pretty crazy here since there was some sort of Halloween event around downtown Salem, most…read morenotably near and around the Salem Witch Museum. It was wild. Lucky me, I guess. Once I was done sightseeing and needed a few things before heading to the hotel for the night, I stopped by this CVS store along the main strip here in downtown Salem. It was nice to have this place here for anyone and everyone to purchase everyday items. Whether they are a tourist like me or a local who works in the area, it's a nice spot to get things you need. I arrived here around 4:30pm and the store was packed. Thankfully I just needed a few things and I was good to go. The start itself was fairly large, but small enough to stock everything that you wanted to. There was plenty of people here when I was here which made it quite interesting. The only things that I bought were drinks and snack items. Many people don't really touch that stuff, but it was good for me because it was nice and cold for the drinks and the snacks were very nice and delicious after purchasing. CBS is your typical convenience store with everything and everything you could possibly wantwithin reason. Only Walmart is probably six or seven times larger than CVS store. I probably circled the store maybe once before locating my items of choice. Then I secured them. Then I walked towards the cashier to pay my items, but before that there was many lines of 5 to 6 people deep waiting to check out also. That's when it got kind of nuts waiting for thepeople to clear and I could check out myself. The over experience here at this particular CVS location in Salem, Massachusetts was pretty good and typical although the lines could have been shorter and just better, I guess. It is what it is, although it didn't help coming here on they were they had a big festival . For the most part, though, it was a nice place to grab drinks at a reasonable price, as opposed to other vendors who have or could have had prices higher than normal to make a profit. I enjoy these convenience stores because they offer who is a prices and definitely a nice ambience to shop. While they are not a convenient store per se, but they are in a lot of places and definitely a place to get much items when you need them. The staff was very friendly and would help me with any problems and concerns that I may have had, although the lines were nuts anyway so I could not tell them to Keep shopping. The ambiance was OK and quite pleasurable. I did enjoy the quietness in the back of the store while shopping for my items while the rest of everybody else was trying to check out. I could've bought alcohol here, but, I should save that for another time and place. The checkout process was really good and fast enough. I enjoyed that part about shopping here and most other places like Walmart too. To be honest, though it was nice to just be here and not walking through the crowds outside. If you enjoy Salem but need a few drinks and other items that are more reasonably priced, consider coming to this CVS store in downtown Salem, Massachusetts. This particular CVS store is located at 200 Essex Street in beautiful Salem, Massachusetts. It is nearby the Salem, which museum and the Salem witch trials memorial. They accept credit cards as well as cash. As far as parking goes, your best bet would be to find street parking wherever it's available. Or maybe a parking garage if they exist in this town. I'm not sure if Salem has his own public transportation system here, or if it's linked with Boston's own public transportation system. Regardless though, Salem is a walkable city town that you can possibly do after parking your car or rental car. As for me, though, I got here through Uber coming and going. So, if you're here in Salem to see the town, you may want to stop by the CVS store to pick up some stuff to make your day more memorable without feeling dehydrated or hungry. This store has a lot of things for you as a tourist or local to munch or sip bar while you go by your day here in Salem, Massachusetts. This store is right in the center of town, so you can't really miss it. It is definitely a nice stop for you if you need it. While you go about your day. It was kind of wild seeing a lot of people here in late October, but probably way more improved if there wasn't any festival going on. If you're here, it's a good place. Reasonable and budget friendly for sure. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 5.0 stars for the location and products offered. 4.0 stars for the service but 3.0 stars for the prices and the crowds while I was there. Support local! B

1 star -- absolutely unacceptable…read more The pharmacy at CVS Pharmacy is a complete mess. My prescription was transferred, and somehow it just vanished. No one can tell me where it is, why it's not filled, or when I'm actually going to get it. I've now been sent between locations being told it's ready, only to show up and hear "we don't have it." Meanwhile, I'm without medication I need, getting worse, and the staff offers zero real answers. One employee (Rita) looked up my prescription and couldn't give any clear information or timeline at all--just confusion and attitude instead of solutions. At this point, it feels like no one knows what they're doing. This isn't a small mistake--this is people's health. Figure out your system, communicate properly, and stop leaving patients stuck chasing their own prescriptions.

I just posted this to my Facebook account:…read more My pharmacist is Evan Dostert, owner of Eastern Pharmacy in Lynn. On Sunday, I went to urgent care for this terrible lingering cough. The doctor prescribed azithromycin. It was outside of the pharmacy's business hours, but I decided to send the prescription there and get it the next day rather than go somewhere else. I stepped out into the parking lot and my phone rang. It was Evan. He had dropped in to work to deal with some odds and ends and saw that I'd been given an antibiotic. He wanted to know if I needed it immediately. I was fine waiting until Monday and the doctor had agreed. So on Monday, my medicine was delivered (as always) free of charge (as always). Evan is a kind, concerned health care provider, not a store manager pinned down by quotas. He cares for his patients, and even just now took my call right away because I had some questions for him. If you need a pharmacy in the Lynn/Swampscott area, I can't recommend Evan and Eastern Pharmacy highly enough. They're at 161 Eastern Ave in Lynn, Phone: (781) 460-2000, URL: easternpharmacylynn.com. This is a totally unsolicited plug for a small, local business that I love.

Eastern Pharmacy is the best. They have been more than patient with me answering my questions and…read moremost importantly, they are kind. Forget the local CVS. This place is the best. I don't fill anything too crazy and have average needs as a pharmacy patient, but even if I had more needs for care and even for delivery of meds, I wouldn't hesitate giving Eastern a call. When I was being helped, the young man's name was Fabrice.
