Hours passed, so I messaged CVS, emphasizing the urgency as I needed the medication before traveling. Still no progress. Finally, I went in person. I arrived 10 minutes before lunch and was told I'd need to wait until after. Annoying, but OK--I waited. Nearly immediately, I got a text saying it was ready. When the pharmacy reopened (5 minutes late), Kevin rudely told me, "We just got back from lunch; give us 20 minutes," and slammed the window before I could respond. When he finally reopened the window, I asked if it could be expedited, given my circumstances. His response? "It'll be 30 minutes," delivered condescendingly before slamming the window again. I was stuck, needing the medication, and had no choice but to tolerate his dismissive behavior. For that, one star.

The picture is of a medication bottle given to us; we noticed an error when we got home and opened the packaging. The medication inside the bottle is 600mg Gabapentin. I have been running around in circles with this pharmacy for a week now and have not received my medication. I am pulling all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy.
