The products are very well merchandised and displayed. The store is set up very nicely. There are multiple brands of most products. The coupon machine is in good working order. The staff is very helpful and attentive. One of them even noticed that I had a lot of products in my hands and no shopping basket so they gave me one to use. I had to wait for a bit to get my order rung in at the register but it was only because the cashier was the only one ringing on the registers and there was one other person in front of me with a big order. The self checkout was also closed because they were having an issue with it and the cashier was trying to handle that problem plus customers that needed to be waited on. Other than that they have good prices on a lot of items, they keep the store very well stocked and the store is clean. I will certainly come back here to shop again.

Hours passed, so I messaged CVS, emphasizing the urgency as I needed the medication before traveling. Still no progress. Finally, I went in person. I arrived 10 minutes before lunch and was told I'd need to wait until after. Annoying, but OK--I waited. Nearly immediately, I got a text saying it was ready. When the pharmacy reopened (5 minutes late), Kevin rudely told me, "We just got back from lunch; give us 20 minutes," and slammed the window before I could respond. When he finally reopened the window, I asked if it could be expedited, given my circumstances. His response? "It'll be 30 minutes," delivered condescendingly before slamming the window again. I was stuck, needing the medication, and had no choice but to tolerate his dismissive behavior. For that, one star.

The picture is of a medication bottle given to us; we noticed an error when we got home and opened the packaging. The medication inside the bottle is 600mg Gabapentin. The label is for another person and a different medication (name and address redacted). I don't need to tell you how dangerous this is!

I was grocery shopping the day after my Father passed away. I ran in to grab a couple of items for…read moremy family and had the most amazing experience. I got to the checkout and realized my purse was missing. I absolutely freaked out as I thought it was stolen, and with all of the funeral arrangements we had to make, and my lack of sleep, I couldn't even IMAGINE having to replace all of my ID's, credit cards and keys!!! As I frantically looked around for my purse, the woman in back of me asked if everything was ok.....I burst into tears and said, "My purse was stolen and my Father just died"- I proceeded to lose it right there in the middle of Hannaford's in Hampton NH!!! What happened next was amazing. The woman behind me grabbed the manager, who was absolutely lovely. She was a younger woman with long dark hair and her eyes filled with tears and she gave me a big hug. The entire store proceeded to look for my purse and the woman behind me was incredibly kind and paid for all of my groceries. Another woman insisted she take me to my car to see if my purse was in there....I have never left my purse in the car, but she insisted we check. Sure enough, the purse was sitting in my car. I couldn't believe it! I am usually so organized and put together, but with all that happened with my Father, I clearly was not in a good frame of mind. The response I received from the Hannaford's manager, cashier and the patrons of the store was absolutely AMAZING. I have told this story many times over, as times are tough and we sometimes forget that there are really great people out there who will step up and help when others are in need.
