Do not fill prescriptions on time! They are not reliable anymore. I am taking my business elsewhere after 25 years.

What makes this a great store is that they're open 24/7. They aren't a huge store but they do offer…read moremore than most stores with a selection of shelf stable food items and a wall of refrigerated food items, including a cooler or two of ice cream etc. You can get milk, cheese, frozen dinners and ice cream. They carry the standard stuff for a CVS. I find it harder to locate things in this store despite the aisle signs. So melatonin is semi-hidden and not anywhere near the vitamins or supplements. They seem to have a larger supply of cosmetics than other locations I've been in. The pharmacy hours are very reasonable. They don't have a drive thru which would be nice. My interaction with pharmacy staff so far has been pretty basic -- not particularly helpful but they weren't outright rude either (which is becoming more common w pharmacy staff as work conditions are deteriorating). They had no cashier at any of the registers at 6pm on a busy Saturday night. They have 3-4 self checkouts that were open and needed to be used. There was a line to checkout. I gave up trying to use a coupon on an item because I needed to leave and couldn't wait for help to magically appear. The checkout I was at didn't allow for cash back when using a debit card. That was unusual and disappointing. Maybe one of the other registers does have that feature but you'd have to study the signage around the checkout area (which is very cramped and has a lot of information posted all around it). If you have the CVS app, you can order items online and then just go in to pick them up. If you're not getting a prescription, that'd be my suggestion. The parking lot is free and is a busy area. At night it is lit but it would be better if it was brighter. Because it is close to downtown Nbpt there are certainly folks on foot and bikes so be careful. This is one of the only CVS' that I will actually go into. For some reason, the customers at many of them are just not pleasant people. Why they attract stressed out, rude, and/or annoyed customers I don't know but that's been my CVS experience and part of the reason I took my prescriptions and business elsewhere. Life is hard enough without having a stressful experience for simple pharmacy/convenience store shopping. You shouldn't need to do breathing exercises in your car because you have to grab a bottle of Tylenol!! lol

Every time I go to this particular CVS (Pond Street), I find the cashiers very rude. Today was no…read moreexception - forgive me for bothering you, it's not like you're that busy! Storey Ave. is a much busier CVS, yet the staff is so much nicer.

Absolutely terrible support from the pharmacy assistant. I called three times and left messages…read morerequesting a call back. No response and no apology for non responsiveness. I explained that my doctor has been trying (also 3 times) to speak with them and needed some additional information about my usage. My doctor says they are about to give up on this. I called and when I got through, the pharmacy assistant said that I am wrong and this is not possible and that i need to have my doctor call again. At no time did they offer to call my doctor. I have been running around in circles with this pharmacy for a week now and have not received my medication. I am pulling all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy. The pharmacy assistant said GOOD. You go do that!!! Wow.. Very unprofessional and not customer driven at all. UPDATE--- I took my prescriptions to another pharmacy and received my prescriptions right way / same day.

The pharmacy is terrible. I am most likely going to move my prescriptions to Walmart…read more Here is an example of the stellar customer service. I am always prescribed pain meds every 30 days. Oxyconton- It is never in stock and when I questioned why I was told it is backorder how ever it almost always is available the next day. If it is truly backorder rather than out of stock why is available the next day? This is only one of a myriad of issues I have with this pharmacy. At times the staff are unpleasant, particularly the pharmcists.

To be told in a rude entitled way that i would have to go else where to use the bathroom was unfair. This is for online and in-store experience:…read more Online: Pages were sluggish to load and served photos of other products I wasn't searching for, like SPF facial moisturizer with accompanying photo for sunless tanning lotion. Rinse and repeat, page after page. I finally placed my online order, getting 30% off for Cyber Week promotion, 8% cash back on Retail Me Not and a 40% off offer on mix & match Neutrogena products + a hairdryer. In-Store: I waited for text confirmation but when I got to the store, they couldn't load their site nor had they received my order. They couldn't give me the same promotional discounts but I did get a double side-serving of smug indifference (thanks Brittany). Thank goodness for assistant store manager Wesley: I discovered later that I'd left my credit card behind and he was genuinely helpful when I called then stopped in to pick it up. Wesley said, "It's always nice when you have the opportunity to help people." Awww. Wesley gets 5 stars & bumps up the overall experience to an average 3-star rating. Walgreen's Corporate Office: Promote Wesley to regional manager and give the man a raise.
