Oxyconton- It is never in stock and when I questioned why I was told it is backorder how ever it almost always is available the next day. If it is truly backorder rather than out of stock why is available the next day? This is only one of a myriad of issues I have with this pharmacy. At times the staff are unpleasant, particularly the pharmcists.

I explained that my doctor has been trying (also 3 times) to speak with them and needed some additional information about my usage. My doctor says they are about to give up on this. I called and when I got through, the pharmacy assistant said that I am wrong and this is not possible and that i need to have my doctor call again. At no time did they offer to call my doctor. I have been running around in circles with this pharmacy for a week now and have not received my medication. I am pulling all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy. The pharmacy assistant said GOOD. You go do that!!! Wow.. Very unprofessional and not customer driven at all. While trying to support local business, we ended up going to CVS. Both CVS stores in town and the Walgreens were more than happy to fill it. We chose CVS as they had it in stock. I do NOT recommend Lynch pharmacy. Note: the woman who answered the phone was lovely. That was the one saving grace. I hope he is kinder to her than he was to our doctor and me.

He will literally go on and help with any questions or concerns you might have, about your prescriptions, along with the items in the store. All the pharmacists and people who work there are great! The only thing that I wish was different was that that they would be open even for a couple hours on Sundays (esp. since lately that happens to be the day when mu prescriptions can be filled). Anywhere that is willing to call and deal with the insurance company for you get an "A+" from me! :)

I came in here the other day to get my 2nd shingles vaccine as I got my 1st one @ a CVS back in Las Vegas & knew that they would have a record of this because I wasn't sure of the exact date of when I did get my 1st shingles shot. The lady @ the pharmacy counter was very nice & was able to pull me up by my name & DOB. I had to update my insurance info as my plan changed the first of the new year. It was very busy when I stopped in here on a Thursday afternoon around 4pm. I didn't schedule an appointment for my vaccine as I was having trouble connecting to the CVS app. I tell ya the Verizon cell phone service in this area isn't the best. I was able to get my vaccine as a walk in even though it was busy. Jaime the pharmacist was the one who gave me my shingles shot. He was very friendly & nice to chat with. He gave me my shot without any issues (yes, the shingles vaccine does hurt! As I tell patient's "its not the needle that hurts its the medicine) & I had told him how I use to work here in my 20's. The pharmacy has grown as I counted probable about 5-6 people behind the counter. The store has even grown too. I have found that it has gotten more crowded with aisles/products, as if they put more in this store. There isn't much room to move down an aisle if there is someone else in it too. I did get my coupons from their coupon machine & did some shopping based on what coupons I had. I do find CVS to be more expensive than Walmart but with the coupons it helped by lowering the prices of some of the items that I wanted to buy. I did go to the self checkout (which I hate) & did have some problems with scanning my items but one of the employees came over right away & helped me fix the issues. I do find that it can be a pain in getting out of if you park on the smaller parking lot side so I went home the back way then trying to fit to get back out on islington street.

There was a pretty big mixup today with my insurance that was not only going to be an inconvenience for me but also was going to be a huge source of anxiety for me as well with a new medication. I have picked up other prescriptions before, either for myself or family members when Derek has been working and he always is so pleasant and accommodating. I have noticed the way he interacts with customers because it is not ordinary-he is usually smiling and making a well-above average effort to fill prescriptions, answer patient questions and provide suggestions. That pharmacy location is always insanely busy-it is ridiculous, in fact....and I am there frequently and I have never seen him not hustling to get everyone taken care of and doing it with a smile. In this post-Covid, crazy world where most people don't even make eye contact any more he is a diamond in the rough. I am not sure why there are not more good reviews for this location, because I know for a fact that there are plenty of people (some who I know and others whom I don't but have been side by side with) at that store that receive the same great service I am describing. I usually don't have a long wait line and when I do I can just do a little shopping come back but what I wanted to say about yesterday was they texted me that my prescription was ready so I went down to get my prescription and while I was there the lady behind the register at the pharmacy told me the pharmacist wanted to talk to me. I'm an older lady and I have COPD so I was picking up prescription for trilogy so when I went over to get my prescription and go to talk to the pharmacist he told me that there is a new pneumonia shot out that he suggested and recommended that I have I have had all my shots there so they have my records and they know me there but this pharmacist was kind of new and he told me he had no appointments right now and if I wanted to do it now I could. So my point is what are the pharmacy would do that I don't know of any and I've been to quite a few that were pretty awful and didn't give two craps about you... And it's not only him there all the people there are very nice and they treat you well and I will continue to go to this pharmacist as long as I able to. So I highly recommend this pharmacist and pharmacy and Walmart I've never had an issue there.
