They requested another $50 for the new appointment. I showed up on time, and they placed me in an exam room. I waited 70 minutes and never saw the Doctor. It was silent, as if they all went out to lunch. I just left, since I have a job and that's a long time to wait for a 3 minute Botox appointment. Now they just made an easy $100 for doing nothing, and I lost another $400 for missing a half day of work. Honestly, if they're that unprofessional I really don't trust them to do anything to my face.

Today I took my 90 year old mother for a flu shot to Rite aid on Main st. Salem NH. She had a 10:40…read moreappt. We got there at 10:30. As we arrived we checked in with an employee that seemed to be annoyed that we were bothering her. She told us to have a seat. As we were waiting the gentleman before us got up and asked if it was going to be much longer, obviously they had been there a while. There were 2 employees, the store was empty. The man who I assume was a pharmacist was on the phone, for awhile. Another man came in and I assume he was another pharmacist that worked there. We waited and waited as they talked. Finally at 11 I went to the counter and said my mother had been waiting over 20 minutes for a flu shot and asked how much longer, they said they're working on it. After that they finally brought her it for a 10 sec. Flu shot. Again I tell you there was nobody in the store. The pharmacist and the other employee could have cared less if you were there and waiting. I will never return to another Rite aid. They should all be shut down and fired. Just an awful place. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

I call this the "Kohl's effect." We have a bunch of their pump soaps and got the decorative soap holders for a few of the bathrooms. When we came in to inquire about rusting on our granite counters from their $12.95 holders the two ladies we spoke to seems to not be surprised. I assume this is an ongoing issue. One of the ladies went to ask the manager and I was told I had two options. 1.) Bring in the item with the receipt for a full credit. I don't save all my receipts; it would require a records keeping room. 2.) Bring in the item and IF they have the EXACT same one they would exchange it. Otherwise I should just discard it. Wow, thanks for standing behind your products and with that I didn't take out my wallet and walked out of the store.

People are gross Good thing it smells so so sososososo good in here to get the people smell away for a while. They are always friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. Their stock-up prices are amazing. The only bummer about this particular location is that yes, it is in the mall (ugh) and that they never ever have a clearance section because it gets so picked over by the thousands of people at the mall every week.
