During the last summer, I got a pedicure at Skin Solutions and I could not have been happier. Every other time that I have had a pedicure, it was at one of those malls places with the Korean men/woman who do not speak english and it is always a little uncomfortable. The woman (which for the life of me, I cannot remember her name) had most of the same interests that I do (working on cars, etc.) and we slipped into an easy conversation. I even had a new issue of Cottage Living if she left the room!! I did not see them clean the foot bath, which was a little bit of a disappointment. And in hind sight, I should have asked them to clean it in front of me. The pedicure itself last for about an hour and a half, including a foot massage, several gooey things applied and washed off, a foot mask (wow), and super tasty smelling lotion applied to my feet. I wish that my feet would have dried a little faster as they were a little slippery when I left. Otherwise, the pedicure itself was a fine experience. As for Skin Solutions as a business, I do appreciate their weekly emails with available appointments and info for monthly specials. I also received a certificate for a free massage/facial, which I did not get to use before it expired, but it was nice to receive. They also had a contest not so long ago that you were able to enter a friend/coworker/etc. into and they would win something. I entered a coworker and she received a certificate for a free massage/facial as well!! Over all, I would recommend Skin Solutions for their environment, very down to earth staff and freebies!!
