I was confused and explained I just wanted a few strands of hair to frame my face. She agreed and took a massive chunk of hair from the front and chopped it off. The ending hairstyle looked extremely choppy, basically a chunk of my hair is short and then immediately drops to a longer length. She didn't bother to blend in the hair at all. It has now been several months and two cuts with a hairstylist who knows what she's doing to try to fix my hair and it still isn't fixed. Also seems like the kind of salon where three clients come in and spend the entire day. I thought that kind of place only existed on TV.

Ever since I followed her weekly treatment plan for my curls they are now full of life and bounce I really can't believe it!
