so I used this salon on the advice of my wedding venue. First off, I was expecting a phone call to…read moreconfirm not only my appointment for hair and makeup but for also the appointments of my bridal party that day. All I got was a vague text message confirming MY time not my bridal parties times. Already bad vibes. When the stylist came to the door 2 hours earlier she seems annoyed I wasn't ready. Turns out they didn't specify what time everyone's appointments would start so there was confusion. She did an OK job but not worth what we paid for it and communication was AWFUL. Would NOT recommend for future bridal parties.

I went to Rinnovo for the first time yesterday, but I can confidently say I've found my go-to salon…read more- thank goodness! The second I arrived, I was instantly and seriously impressed. Not only is it a beautiful space, but you can tell by the way Jessica and her staff interact with clients and each other that they truly love what they do. Here's a little history...I had gone to a different salon for a haircut about a month ago, hated everything about it and it only got worse, week after week. Seriously, I haven't had a haircut this bad - ever. So, I reached out and gave Jess a heads up about the mess I'd be bringing in and not only did she seem up for the challenge, she seemed excited about it! After assessing the situation, she worked her magic and completely changed how I look and feel! I have a whole new appreciation for the art and science that goes into hair after this experience and I cannot recommend Rinnovo enough. Above and beyond being amazing at what she does professionally, Jess' personality is equally as awesome! Long story short...go to Rinnovo!

I'd like to start off this review by stating what an amazing supportive community Andover/North…read moreAndover has been. We are truly lucky to be living here. That being said, I am a young healthy woman with recent unexpected cardiac events from which I almost died. I was discharged home and all I wanted was to get my hair done and feel like a new person. A new haircut and style can do that, right!? The night before my appointment, we had another event that landed me in the Emergency Department 4am. I called Rinnovo salon first thing in the morning and explained my situation. I was hoping to reschedule soon as I get discharged but Rinnovo salon charged me $50 for the missed appointment citing their cancelation policy. I am self employed and have a similar policy but I also understand that there are life and death situations that one must make an exception for. I spoke with the manager and she refused to budge, once again citing this policy. I am appalled by their behavior. It's not about the money but about the lack of sympathy, empathy, and understanding. Maybe just me, but I expected more and don't think that this is a good example of what our community should be. My 2 daughters and I will not be returning to this salon out of pure principle.

I've tried several…read morein the past few years since moving to southern NH, and I've either had really bad styles, poor customer service, or paid high end salon prices. I learned about this salon from a client at my own job - she is an employee there. I decided to go in and check out their menu of services on my lunch break. Prices seemed reasonable, so I called and booked my appointment. I had checked out all of the stylists online and had hoped to be booked with Kristen M. as luck would have it, that's exactly who I got! She was very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and actually said she was reluctant to do a service until my color grew out, stating it would make my hair unhealthy and she didn't want to be responsible. I appreciated her honesty and concern. I got the best cut and color from her and was thrilled with the price. My color has held up well and looks natural - just the way I like it. Kristen took the time to ensure I walked away loving my look! In observing other stylists while waiting under the dryers, they seem talented, too. It's not a salon with a lot of frills, though it's very clean and inviting. They have a separate nail area. I loved that I could tip on my credit card. So many places require cash tips now. This makes it easy and allows me to tip a bit more generously, as I rarely have cash. They offer coffee, tea, etc. I recently had my second cut with Kristen and was equally pleased with the results! It was also like sitting and chatting with an old friend. She gives pretty awesome scalp massages during the wash, too! They don't hard sell products like many salons I have been to. Brought our teenaged daughter here for a cut and she loved her hairstyle as well! So happy to have found a consistent, friendly, reasonable and exceptional salon!!
