Kevin wouldn't fill my prescription because he wouldn't listen the doctor changed my dosage.

I've never had excellent service at CVS Seabrook, but my recent experience with Kevin Maillet was the worst. His rudeness and lack of professionalism were beyond frustrating. The night before, I was told to return in the morning for my prescription. When I checked the following day and saw it wasn't being prepared, I submitted a request. Hours passed, so I messaged CVS, emphasizing the urgency as I needed the medication before traveling. Still no progress. Finally, I went in person. I arrived 10 minutes before lunch and was told I'd need to wait until after. Annoying, but OK--I waited. Nearly immediately, I got a text saying it was ready. When the pharmacy reopened (5 minutes late), Kevin rudely told me, "We just got back from lunch; give us 20 minutes," and slammed the window before I could respond. When he finally reopened the window, I asked if it could be expedited, given my circumstances. His response? "It'll be 30 minutes," delivered condescendingly before slamming the window again. I was stuck, needing the medication, and had no choice but to tolerate his dismissive behavior. For that, one star. read more

Bought Christmas lights at CVS last year. One pack broke. Went to CVS to go get a replacement pack they have ad saying they'd put them up starting 11/1. The two associates I spoke with flat out refused to go look in the back. I had kids that had to go to work I was on a time crunch. The lack of customer service and unhelpful nature of the "customer service" associates was GROSS! I ended up calling the CVS in Salisbury the poor girl that I called was the only one ringing... what did she do? She called someone to ring and she stopped and went and looked and found the lights I needed to finish the Christmas tree. Salisbury CVS understands Customer service! Seabrook FAILED!!! Not only did they fail but after I purchase these Christmas lights I won't be making any more purchases from their store! P.s I needed these specific lights to match the rest of the tree. This is regarding the CVS Pharmacy store at Seabrook Commons, 628 Lafayette Road in Seabrook, NH: -- I am not one bit surprised by the 2* rating related to the reviews herein, attached to the name "Kevin". One of the pharmacists at this Seabrook location, named Kevin Maillet, who was sure to claim that "This is my store", showed me today that he has absolutely no respect whatsoever for years-long loyal customers, or especially towards folks who are senior citizens, such as my husband and me. I have never been spoken-to in such a harsh, disturbing, bullying manner as Kevin spoke to me today. I can only wonder if he speaks to his parents or grandparents as he horridly spoke to me. He was downright abusive, disrespectful, and could not have cared less that I needed to solve an issue as to why one of my husband's heart medications was listed as "Inactive" and "Un-refillable" that Kevin contemptuously insisted was "cancelled" by our cardiologist, when he, our doctor, told us that neither he nor his office staff had done any such thing. This was an irresponsible, even dangerous error on the part of CVS, and Kevin Maillet could have easily handled this issue in a mature, professional manner, rather than apparently wanting to win the argument -- after which time he hung up on me, TWICE. He refused to allow me to speak while continually having spoken over me the entire time. I was so flabbergasted by Kevin's disgusting display of bullish, insulting behavior that I called the corporate offices and submitted a formal complaint against him. I will not let this sit. They agreed that his behavior was completely unacceptable. I added that I had hoped my conversation with Kevin had been taped for quality control so that the home offices could hear for themselves how Kevin verbally abused me. I made it clear that it is only Kevin Maillet, and not a single one of the other kind, helpful and professional pharmacists who work at this particular store, who treated me as though I was something stuck to the bottom of his shoe. I don't know how anyone, let alone a pharmacist who deals with the very health and medications of other human beings, could possibly be allowed to continually get away with this type of shocking, arrogant behavior towards paying customers. My conversation with this impolite man was a nightmare. We are the parents of four adult sons, and we cannot even remotely imagine any one of them speaking to others, including and especially senior citizens, in the same way that this Kevin-person spoke to me today. I remain extremely thankful that he is not my son -- and I extend my thorough congratulations to whomever might have raised this cocksure ill-mannered bully. No one deserves to be forced to endure this brand of harsh verbal attacks simply for calling one's pharmacy to ask a question. read more

Customer service at this store is the worse....in particular a pharmacy tech names SHAUNA..... she could not have been ruder if she tried....I was in the retail business in upper management for 50 years, if one of my people treated a customer in such a disrespectful manner I would have terminated them on the spot. This CVS is the worse I have every been to. I have been going here for over 30 years, Finally it all starts at the TOP and his name is KEVIN!!!! Not a happy customer! read more

This is an excellent location. It is not one of the very biggest ones I've seen but it is still a very good sized one and they do have just about everything you'd find at any other location. The products are very well merchandised and displayed. The store is set up very nicely. There are multiple brands of most products. The coupon machine is in good working order. The staff is very helpful and attentive. One of them even noticed that I had a lot of products in my hands and no shopping basket so they gave me one to use. I had to wait for a bit to get my order rung in at the register but it was only because the cashier was the only one ringing on the registers and there was one other person in front of me with a big order. The self checkout was also closed because they were having an issue with it and the cashier was trying to handle that problem plus customers that needed to be waited on. Other than that they have good prices on a lot of items, they keep the store very well stocked and the store is clean. I will certainly come back here to shop again. read more

Twice now I have encountered rude service at this pharmacy. I was just talked to like I was an idiot. As a Healthcare Manager, I have little tolerance for this behavior. I get much friendlier service at the Hannaford Pharmacy. read more

The pharmacist was rude to me when I asked him to fill my prescription. He clearly didn't want to do his job, and refused to help me fill my FIRST EVER CVS prescription. I was attempting to fill an extremely important prescription and he refused to help. This was the only pharmacy in a 30 mile radius with the prescription I needed. It doubt that it wasn't homophobia due to the nature of the prescription and the location of the CVS. Will be reporting this pharmacist to the corporate office. read more

I have prescriptions through CVS at the Seabrook NH location, I should say did have. The pharmacist at this location has to be the rudest, judgemental & inappropriate person I have had the misfortune to deal with recently. I contacted CVS last Friday after having just left my Dr's appointment 45mins prior to check if she had called in a prescription for me & was told no. I immediately said OK, thank you & left. Monday am I called my Dr & she said her sending the script to him that am was telling him it was OK 2 fill it. I Waited till next day, Tuesday, 2 call again & was told I would not be allowed 2 fill my mental health medication there until my insurance kic kicked in on the 24th. I said I was aware of that but only received a partial script last month & willing to pay out of pocket because I knew they wouldn't cover it till the 24th. He began 2 yell at me in an accusing manner, he kept repeating I was trying to fill it early when all I was trying 2 do was fill a partial script 2 get me 2 the 24th. He wouldn't even let me speak, he threatened me with arrest if I called there again within 24 hours. I immediately contacted my Dr's office, explained what happened & transferred all scripts 2 walmart. I contacted the corporate office & made them aware of how upset I was at being spoken 2 like I did something wrong, all I had done was called 2x 2 check on script status & was THREATENED with arrest. This pharmacist working at this location is a bully & he overrides my Dr's medical advice & still refuses to fill it. I am appalled with the behavior of this employee of CVS but I am not surprised at all their corporate office basically left me with no resolution 4 this problem. This man, Kevin I believe is his name, should be fired immediately for making paying customers, with legitimate prescriptions not being allowed their medication, prescribed by their Dr. He overrides medical professionals treatment 2 their patients. I ask everyone who sees this 2 not allow this man 2 treat them that way because if he does it is most certainly, beyond a shadow of a doubt unacceptable customer service. read more

Pharmacist is useless human being. I went to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions at 135pm. The loose pharmacist was flirting with a homely man ahead of me for 15 minutes. At 150pm the loose pharmacist finished flirting, I then stepped up to the window and the pharmacist explained to me that I was her "mandatory" lunch break until 2pm. She then promptly closed the window in my face. The pharmacist at this cvs is so trashy and useless. read more

Horrible, will never and I mean NEVER return to this pharmacy. I was filling a prescription and was told 20-30 mins. Fine I had other things to do, returned 30 mins later and was told it would be another 20 - 30 mins. I really need the prescription so I of course waited, 30 mins, 40 mins STILL not done. Ask how much longer they didn't even have it pulled to fill. Almost 2 hours to fill a scrip for 10 pills is OUTRAGEOUS. They were rude, slow and unorganized. read more

This CVS pharmacy has always gone above and beyond to help and get me my family's and I scripts ready. They are very timely and if they don't have the medication they take the time to call all local pharmacy's to see if it is available. :) read more

Always great service. Friendly staff. Drive they is usually pretty fast but if there's more than 3 cars ahead of me I just go in.

Been there two times....one time filled a prescription they didnt have but 8 out of 75 had to come back the next day to get them. Went there today and to fill it again like a moron and the lady tells me I live too far away to fill it. I told the lady I filled it last time and they refused me. I was in line the first time and the lady in front of me was complaining about them never having enough for her every time she goes. It seems like every business in that town is nothing but uneducated, stuck up, idiots!! Thumbs down to grandma that denied me! Place is terrible. read more
