I have never felt so genuinely loved and cared for by a doctors office before! I have learned over the years I have high expectations. I told the woman who took my information that we do not have health insurance and had to pay upfront which I did for $130.14. I then had gotten another invoice for an additional $39.19. I called and they said I needed to pay that. I said I should have been told the correct amount up front since I was paying out of pocket. I was told I had to pay the invoice. I am not happy about that at all.
