The staff was particularly courteous as one woman walked all the way thru the building to find me!…read moreApparently I was on the wrong side of the building and instead of overloading me with confusing directions she took the time to walk to me, locate me and escorted me all the way thru the hospital and up to where the MRI office is. Before calling her I was wandering outside in the blustering cold trying different doors with no luck. My appointment was at 11pm and thankfully I was early as usual. The hospital looked like a ghost town at that time! It was a cold night and I was beginning to lose hope as I'm sure I noted a small group of vultures circling overhead at one point. Lol. Yes, I'm man enough to admit I was slightly scared picturing myself caught in an episode of The Walking Dead as the entire hospital looked swamped in darkness as if it'd fallen victim to a zombie attack! Then she appeared and with a big smile let me in thru the doors explaining I'd been mistaken. I'd come to the wrong side of the building. The check-in was smooth as silk, everything explained to me perfectly and within 5mins of walking into the office I was changed and being propped-up on the MRI machine. The girls that performed the MRI were awesome! Just the nicest ppl I've dealt with all day long! They took the time to explain everything we were going to do, what they'd be asking from me and made sure I was 100% comfortable throughout the process. It was a breeze! They had me loaded up with more pillows than my wife has on our bed at home! It was all about my comfort. They took pleasure in taking care of me, being really nice to me, and it all was genuine. They both told me how much they loved their jobs and I can see why. I'm a big believer in doing something for a living where you can feel like you've performed a service for ppl, especially those that are in need of help or aren't in the best chapter of their lives. Although I was there for just a bicep tendon I'm sure they see patients who are in the midst of just terrible circumstances when they walk into their "office" and they struck me as the perfect types of folks for those situations. Little things like that are what's important in this life. I know they def would've brightened my spirits with how easy they were to be with, talk to, and laugh with. They really do do a great job and I hope this here is all taken into account because they deserve it. I can't say enough about how cool the whole process was. Thank you very much-you guys were real pros!

Hung up and called back an hour later and was on hold for another 20 minutes. Called later in the afternoon and still couldn't get through. I drove to the office and walked in and expressed my frustration, only to be told by the receptionist that I needed to call the prescription refill line!! Ugh! I've been a patient there for some time, and this is a persistent problem. I think I'll be moving on from these folks. - Henry

Horrible experience today at the Bedford, NH location. Front office support is the worst…read more For annual physical, was informed I could get my labs done a week prior to the physical. I drove to NH from Massachusetts and waited an hour to have blood drawn. Once served, it was determined no lab orders were available. Called Bedford DMC front office of which they told me lab order was expired (just talked to them a week prior about scheduling labs mind you). Courtney informed me there was nothing she could do. I fasted all night and morning and drove 30+ miles to receive such a nasty response. Hopefully, I will, eventually, get a lab order and do this all over again before my physical exam (not holding my breath). I am very loyal to my primary care physician, Dr. Koshy, and have been seeing him for over 20+ years as I still see him even though I relocated to Massachusetts. However, at this point, I may have to change primary care services to something more local to Massachusetts. This is unfortunate, as Dr. Koshy is the best! However, I cannot say the same for his support staff.

One Dr was diagnosing my finger in waiting where patients sit violating HIPPA and very upset because he was to go home . I went for my shoulder Dr Daniel Bouvier was carelless he gave wrong advice so he can good paper he shouldnt be practicing any medical profession he put in danger the board of medicine should take action. He wasnt treating he was just making good paper work he's a danger to all patients. Staff and nurses are awesome thank you For being professional and awesome.
