He said "if what's going on with you is what I think, you need to go to a real hospital". "we can't help you". I left, drove myself home, and my wife brought me to Portsmouth hospital. Tens of thousands of dollars billed to my insurance and they are telling me I owe them $450. They did nothing, except get my name and insurance information. Stay away from the Plaistow ER. They are not a real ER and probably can't help you.

I was told to bring in all x ray and Dr's notes. I did supply them all. A month later I received a call saying they did not have the x rays of my knee prior to the surgery. I went through the trouble of getting them and again driving to the clinic to deliver them. I waited another two weeks and heard nothing. I called in and asked for the status at which time I was informed that they did in fact have the x rays of my knee prior to the surgery they requested. So, getting and delivering them again was a waste of my time. I was told that they would look into the status and call me back shortly. Never got that call so I called the next day. After 10 minutes on hold, i was told they had everything they needed and could now make an appointment, which they did. Five minutes later, I got a call from them and was told that Dr Dion was pushing back on the appointment, because he wanted me to go back to the original Dr and have labs and x rays done again. I couldn't believe he was requesting i do that. Thats what ii thought they would do as part of a 2nd opinion. So, a month and a half and i got nothing. When i said i would come into pick up my x ray disc's and all the paperwork I provided, she asked what records? Really how can a medical facility act like this. I just now received a call from Concord Orthopedics regarding my records and CD's. They told me I could pick up my records, but they destroyed the 3 CD's with all the x-rays. When I asked why , I was told they auto destroyed when uploaded. When I questioned that as I told her I did upload one of the discs to my own laptop and the disc was still good, she changed the story and said that after they are uploaded, they destroy them per the law, unless I tell them not to. I DID TELL THEM I WANTED THEM BACK!!!, when I dropped them off and I was told that I would receive them when I came in for my appointment. I also know there is no such law as I had another Dr. look at the same x rays and I got them back with no issue. There are too many good Dr's and Clinics that can be used rather than use this outfit.
