But every time my father tries to get his prescriptions delivered from this CVS location they claim that they won't deliver and when Dad tried to talk to CVS Customer Service it was impossible to get an actual human being to talk to him and it made my father so mad. How in the world this CVS location operates is a mystery and CVS should improve themselves very good and CVS headquarters should investigate this Salinas location because we had never had problems with them until now and they should work on fixing these problems indeed

The only thing negative I would have to say is that they should not have large dogs (service animals or not) roaming around freely. Second sandwich I ordered was a specialty sandwich, the "Chicken Strips with Boom Boom sauce." The person who made the sandwiches had no idea what this one even was. I open the 2nd half because I thought the first piece of chicken used was really thick and dry. Well turns out these aren't even strips! One dry as heck chicken breast where all the sauce is off of the sandwich. Waited over 10 minutes for these sandwiches. Not sure if the person who helped us was new or what but I will NEVER order a sandwich from Nob Hill again! Wish I just got sushi instead. Do better!

This isn't great in Salinas, where many people speak Spanish. It really slows the line because then they need to wait for a Spanish speaker to attend to the customer. However, I want to talk about the front store because, for the first time in a couple of years, I actually felt like taking the time to leave a review. I had a bad experience here several years ago and didn't really want to come back. But I went in last week, and something had changed. There was a new employee.... a very kind, Tall....beautiful, patient, and respectful young woman who treated me with genuine kindness. I also noticed the way she interacted with other customers, especially the elderly. She was incredibly patient and respectful with them, which really stood out to me. She was smiling the entire time and made the store feel much more welcoming. What really caught my attention was that she asked me how I was doing and whether I had found everything I needed. Those little things made a big difference because it showed that she genuinely cared about the customer experience. That's why I wanted to take the time to leave this review. I really hope they continue hiring more people like her. I just wanted to recognize her kindness, patience, professionalism, and positive attitude. Employees like her can really change the way a customer feels about a store.... And for that reason I will coming back again
