Went to Nob for 2 sandwiches. One was a California Turkey and instead of Dijon mustard they used some weird mustard that had seeds in it that absolutely ruined the sandwich. Second sandwich I ordered was a specialty sandwich, the "Chicken Strips with Boom Boom sauce." The person who made the sandwiches had no idea what this one even was. Supposed to also come with coleslaw but they didnt have any? I got home and my sandwich was completely soggy! Couldn't even finish the first half. I open the 2nd half because I thought the first piece of chicken used was really thick and dry. Well turns out these aren't even strips! One dry as heck chicken breast where all the sauce is off of the sandwich. Waited over 10 minutes for these sandwiches. Not sure if the person who helped us was new or what but I will NEVER order a sandwich from Nob Hill again! Wish I just got sushi instead. Do better! read more

Honestly really grossed out by the deli section. I usually always go in to grab a premade sandwich. It's just a plain simple sandwich. Well this time I grabbed it in a rush and ended up with a sandwich that was barely covered all the way. The meat had dried up and gone hard same with the cheese and bread. The other half was completely soggy and the bread was mushy. I ended up just throwing it away because who knows who had touched the sandwich and put it back. Honestly completely against code, so watch out for that! I'm actually considering emailing corporate but we'll see. read more

Not the fault of the staff, they are massively overwhelmingly short staffed. This is a management issue. Staff completely awesome, but whomever determines who, or more specifically how many people, are working the pharmacy should be replaced. He or she clearly has no idea what they are doing. read more

Every time I go to this store there is at least 1 item, but usually 3-4, that I'm charged full price for when it's advertised as a sale item! CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you leave, and use your phone to prove sale prices to the staff.....from their web site. Very good local pharmacy. They are well managed and efficient. The have helped with insurance and red tape.

We moved to the area not that long ago and began using the Pharmacy here and occasional grocery shopping. I will not be returning after my experience today. Nob Hill pharmacy staff refused to fill a prescription (even as a returning customer), failed to clearly communicate the issue, and offered little if any remorse/regret for the inconvenience. I went to another pharmacy and within a 1/2 hour received the prescription without issue. I would not recommend this pharmacy based upon their poor customer service and restrictive/non-customer oriented policies. read more

Do not fill your rx here. They do not communicate. If they are unable to fill an rx because it's out of stock they do not call you to notify you. I've had this happen 3 times now. Finally I've asked them to transfer my rx to a new pharmacy and they did not even carry through. I've just gotten off the phone with MD office so they can resend rx to a new pharmacy. There most used excuse is "I'm sorry this is a rare medication so we don't keep it in stock" ummm this is a generic, long used antidepressant and considering the state of mental health in our country, please don't come at me with "this is a rare medication." Also that excuse doesn't work three times in row, from three different people, for threes different meds. It must be a phrase taught in their training program. read more

When I had a problem with my last pharmacy refusing to fill a prescription due to a Medicare problem I left and went to Nob Hill. They took care of it right away. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years and they have been great. Now Raleys, the corporate bosses, have significantly reduced the hours of the pharmacy, making more work for everyone, and more important for the customers, making it very inconvenient to fit into the time slots they are open. A normal day they are open from 10 to 7:30, which means many of us cannot get there to or from work in time. I am very disappointed in Raleys' lack for concern for their customers, in particular with regard to securing necessary medications!..I do not think it could be worth the savings on the part of the company, given the inconvenience and ill will generated for the customers, who after all need the medications they are ordering! Is it all about the slight difference in bottom line the new schedule might make? What happens when customers start leaving? Also, many of us go to Nob Hill just because of the pharmacy. while we are in the store we often shop. Now there is much less reason to shop in the Nob Hill, since the pharmacy is much less functional. read more

My review is for the pharmacy. There are three pharmacists. Nadia is pleasant and Joe is wonderful, but the John is so ill-mannered that I will not pick up my prescriptions when he is there. He has zero patience and doesn't care if you have been waiting a long time for him to refill a prescription. He doesn't like repeating himself, so if you have a hearing problem, be prepared. The words "please, sorry, and thank you" are not in his vocabulary. TOTALY RUDE!!!! read more

I love shopping at Nob Hill but the pharmacy is always giving me and my family problems they always take so long to fill a prescription. I literally dropped it off at 10:30 this morning and it's been 4 hours later and they are still not done with it. They always have an excuse for why it is taking so long.
