I called & spoke w/ a man in the pharmacy & kindly asked why they don't see that the patient requested a refill twice; he replied "Our staff is competent if that's what you're asking" & was otherwise no help to figure out the issue. As I was replying to him to explain things, he rudely decided to interrupt me & talk over me. I would not recommend this pharmacy & really hope I won't ever need to call them again.

The pharmacist said it was $71 and they don't take Kaiser insurance. I told my husband that's too much and we'd wait until we get home. The pharmacist said we could look online for a coupon. She told us about goodrx. I found a coupon for $50 for the medication we needed. I thought it was nice of her to tell us about the coupon/discount site. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. It's still pricey since it would only be $5 with our insurance.

The photo area is always unmanned-- I end up standing there for several minutes before having to track someone down. Customer service is hit or miss, and the checkout lanes remain crowded together with little regard for spacing. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. I stopped in quickly on my way to an event to purchase deodorant, only to find that the barcode wouldn't scan. A passing employee confirmed there was no price in the system at all. After already waiting in line several minutes, this was the final straw-- I left without making a purchase. For such a common item not to even appear in inventory shows a lack of organization and attention to detail. This store gives the impression of being poorly managed and not customer-focused.

He just estimated the amount of pills he put in the container; he didn't use any device to insure the correct number of pills. When I asked him, he said he was "just eyeballing it"; he said he had the experience to know he was filling my order correctly. He was friendly and on the positive side, all of the staff there I've delt with are pleasant and try to be helpful.

Huge store with lots of variety! Not sure how crazy I am with the workers following you around with…read moreiPads to take your order, but it does have a very friendly vibe to it. Some of the workers are not well educated on the products, however. When asking specifics on the differences between products, many of the employees couldn't answer my questions so I had to google it. Many of them also appear to be VERY high when working. One time, my boyfriend and I came in and there were no people inside. Big store, 5+ workers, all not busy. The highest mf comes up to us at the oil/wax section and asked what we were looking for. This is when I started asking her opinions and what she likes, what's the the best price and she had zero info to give. She didn't know the difference between different brands/textures and was just reading labels off the containers as if we couldn't read them ourselves. She was also giggling a bunch and was just being super unprofessional. She was so far gone idek how they let her work that day. She couldn't assist us at all so we ended up saying we needed a min to think so she'd walk away and we could get someone else's help. I understand working at a dispensary and maybe being a little "buzzed" but being that stoned while trying to sell product is embarrassing.
