I understand that many people use Yelp as a vehicle to vent or complain, but it'd be nice to get reviews for the things that they do right. I decided to walk off a big Friday night meal by walking here to help a friend find a particular shampoo brand. I found it and decided to browse the refrigerated drink section to get something for my room. It is only two blocks above Cannery Row if you're staying in the area and a good sized parking lot if you're driving in. As I considered using the self checkout my machine, a kind lady behind the counter offered to check me out and did help me. Thank you, Martha, for making me feel welcome. The photo area is always unmanned-- I end up standing there for several minutes before having to track someone down. Customer service is hit or miss, and the checkout lanes remain crowded together with little regard for spacing. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. I stopped in quickly on my way to an event to purchase deodorant, only to find that the barcode wouldn't scan. A passing employee confirmed there was no price in the system at all. After already waiting in line several minutes, this was the final straw-- I left without making a purchase. For such a common item not to even appear in inventory shows a lack of organization and attention to detail. This store gives the impression of being poorly managed and not customer-focused.

Absolutely ridiculous when I have to drive an hour to get there because when they mail it to me, it doesn't arrive. I know that the pharmacy was waiting the doctor not giving authorization, but in the past the doctors by the pharmacy and with the way, the pharmacy treats me about 70% of the time who am I supposed to believe? I really hate having to go to this place.

We enjoyed looking at some hair clips with European styles , beautiful tote bags with purple flowers , whole collections of pocket knifes. On the top of the shelves are many different antique cameras collection that people donated . This is a special store , one of a kind ! Great service and very friendly .
