They did not put directions from doctor on bottle and when I ran out early they told me they wouldn't fill it because it's not their responsibility to relay the information from the doctor on the prescription bottle. I have never heard this in my life. If the doctor gives directions to pharmacist to put on bottle then it is absolutely their responsibility to relay that but So when I told them that it is their responsibility they dropped me as a patient and told me they would no longer fill my prescriptions because they aren't going to deal with me. So when I asked who the owner is they told me they didn't have to give out that information. So be careful with this pharmacy, even my doctor has told me they get things wrong and argue with him as well.

When I arrived I waited in a longer than normal line to get service. When it was my turn I was told only one of the 2 prescriptions was filled. They had no record of the second one. The clerk transferred me to the pharmacist who searched further on the computer and found it. He said it was "lost in the system". It needed to be filled. I said ok I'll be patient. Then he said come back in 40 minutes because he was closing the pharmacy for lunch. I said I have perishables inside the car and it's 98 degrees outside. He said "I'm sorry, come back in 40 minutes." Now you would think if this was my fault or I arrived just at lunch time to have a prescription filled I could understand waiting around. But it wasn't my fault. You would think he would have taken 5 minutes to fill the lost prescription rather making me wait 40+ minutes with perishables inside the car. Very poor customer service.

Quite possibly the worst and most ghetto Walmart I've ever interacted with. It feels super dirty…read moreinside and so much stuff is locked up due to the infamous levels of theft this particular location culminates. They literally added a ton of self-checkout machines only to rip them all out 2-3 years after installation because they were losing so much money and product. So now instead: you have to wait sometimes up to 20/30 minutes in register lines because of staffing problems or not enough checkstands open. I've seen 4-5 pigeons in the building in the 3 years I've gone to this particular location. At first it was cute, but then you realize it's a sign for how poor this place operates. Go south 15 minutes down the freeway? You'll be in the Anderson Walmart. Night-and-day experience on how tidy and solid it feels in contrast to this junker. It's Walmart, I get it. But by Walmart standards, this place is the pits.

If I needed a med for Mom, she made it happen (unless it was in the doctors end but even then she got it done ASAP). You don't many people like her. Of course she often isn't working and the others are good, too. I appreciate that the retail section is best and clean. It's better stocked than many other drugstores and if I see it on their website or app and it's supposed to be at this location, it almost always is. Again, unlike their competitors. At this location I am shears greeted at the door. People are helpful. I wanted a tiny tube of Vaseline for my lips once and an employee walked the store with me, checking five location as well as digging through the inventory in the back. I'm sure issues emerge with about-to-be-fired staff or others having a bad day. People steal items so it's incorrectly listed on the app. Compared to other stores, this CVS is leaps and bounds ahead.

I'd really like it if they had an online system to manage my orders, like Walmart has. But Raley's already had this one prescription, so it was just easier than doing a transfer. One thing I don't like about Raley's Pharmacy is the hours. They don't open till 10am and like Walmart opens at 9am and even on Sundays, where Raley's closes on Sunday. No biggie, just deal with it. There was a small line when I arrived, but it went OK. No problem customers with tons of dumb questions that the poor pharmacy tech can't answer, like what your doctor is thinking or some crazy stuff. I get my order no prob and they have all my insurance stuff there, so off I go. I'm lucky this location was easy access off the 5 and back on again. If you need groceries, or like I did, some road snacks, you can get it there, but you need to pay for that stuff at the regular check out.

Not even five minutes later, I received a call from Anderson RX reminding me they were closing soon. When I arrived they were very friendly, even being so close to their closing timeframe I received my prescription. First pharmacy who looked up our insurance information and updated it without us having to provide new cards. Walgreens will not do that! Anderson RX is by far the best! We drive from Redding just to go to there, it's worth the drive for the service.
