I asked about a cancellation list and they were out just as long. What if you're a women with a lump and concerned you had breast cancer? Just sit and wait 6 months. Seriously. MDI was much more efficient and I was able to schedule a mammogram within 6 weeks. Since Dignity took over MDI, the efficiency and care has definitely gone downhill. Very sad for our community. Her name is Jazmine (forgive if I misspelled). The procedure , was the stuff of nightmares. On the only bright side, Jazmine's (sp?), patience, caring, understanding, kindness, and more....is the Only reason that my spouse was able to survive this MRI. The ONLY reason. I witnessed all of her help, after the MRI....what a blessing.

I feel so sorry for the staff that has had to transfer over to this organization. Since the take over there has been an extended wait time for appointments and test results. The staff seem irritated and thus less willing to help. just all around it has fallen apart since dignity has touched it. Sad this is the only option here in Shasta County and they will continue to buy out facilities to be able to set their own rules and push out the actual care of the patient.

One thing you gotta do is make an appointment. You can do it online. It makes your visit way easier, like making an appointment at the DMV! Check in is easy and fast too with an appointment, just enter your phone number into the tablet at check in and WHAM! you're all checked in. The tech will call you in and take your blood. I have no prob, in and out! The results are usually available the next day online.

If you use this location I recommend scheduling two or even thee appointments over as many consecutive days. This way when they screw up your order or expect to make you wait too long you have a fall back option. Quest corporate makes it difficult for the technicians to trouble shoot things. So if there's a problem with a code expect to reschedule.
