It isn't fair that you spend over $100 to see your baby in 4D/5D and just because baby isn't cooperating after 3 times they won't allow you to come back. I feel like they should allow however many times it takes. Let's be honest, they only try for 5-10 mins anyways. I'm very upset! Waste of money! read more

I've waited almost 3 months to review this place because of how upset we are with them. This is my first negative review and the only reason I created a Yelp. I have no hate for the people that work here but would highly recommend anyone who cares about a quality experience to stay far away from womb in bloom. Our ultrasound tech said maybe a few words the 5 minutes that she was performing my wife's ultrasound. She and the owner were very rough with my wife after asking them to please be more gentle. I understand they cannot share about a baby not having a heartbeat, which was the situation we had, but she had no care or empathy and roughly handed our ultrasound picture to us and left the room. Didn't even say our appointment was done. She was in a hurry to take her lunch and sit in her car next to us scrolling on her phone. The owner came in for a second opinion which took less than a minute and also said no words to us. It was just a very strange and upsetting way to handle patients, especially ones who just lost their baby. We went to MD Imaging for a second opinion and they were very caring and so much better in every way. read more

What could have improved was this offices ability to supply me with a reciept or a confirmation that I was in for a five minute ultrasound that cost $100 in cash. Instead I was ignored and told they could not produce what I needed because they were not a doctors office ( all I needed them to say is that I was in there for a baby ultra sound- the baby 38 weeks, no doctorate needed for that). I booked a package 3D/4D/5D ultrasound around $150 (included recording ) which mentioned if baby not cooperate free for comeback session. But My first visited I didn't get my baby face which I asked during session but the owner(Yuna) keeping sweet talk and cold same time to avoid answering my question by lying the recording may have some cute pictures I could get. I did 3D/4D ultrasound just to see my baby earlier but what I got just irritated 3D /4D pictures after reviewed the recording video. I called to office if I could comeback just for the 3D/4D picture of my baby but they refused by told me if it wouldn't work they will redo session the day I visited so unprofessional. Then told me to repeat peak which it cost 70$ more with poor technician It just cheated to do business like this You broken mommy hope to see their baby and during pregnancy just greedy money Business like this won't last long read more

Amazing!!! I drove 3.5 hours from the coast just to be able to have my husband be present for an ultrasound. Because of Corona none of my doctors appointments allow him so he hasn't been able to see our son. Well he finally got to when we came here!! I've been looking forward to doing this since I found out I was pregnant and it lived up to ALL of my expectations. They are taking precautions with COVID-19, but are still allowing partners in. Thank goodness!!! I got about 9 videos and 20 pictures on a disk, and 9 of them were printed straight from the ultrasound machine. 100% worth it. I also got to hear my sons heartbeat a few times which was so cool!!! I was comfortable the entire time, the place was so clean, and also just so nice. I highly recommend this!!!!! they are very unprofessional and all about making their money refused to give a refund even though they gave false information the lady had no idea what she was doing. came in for the ultrasound tech to tell me that nothing was there not to mention she was so high up by my belly button, it scared me so bad that I went and sat at the er for 4 hours for them to do the exact same ultrasound and they found baby just fine. This visit was supposed to reduce anxiety and set me at ease. it was so stressful it caused me to have an anxiety attack. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!! read more

We've had a couple of appointments here and have had bad experiences. The technician was rude and hardly said 2 words. The first time I thought it was fluke or maybe she was having a bad day, but it was the same person and same experience the second time. I asked if the baby was giving her a hard time and she responds with a moan, "mmm". Zero bed-side manner skills. Both appointments were really uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to get out. As we were leaving another family was checking out from getting a 4d ultrasound and the receptionist asked if they got good pictures. "Not really.", they said. The receptionist said, "oh, sorry. Wanted to love this place but left with the distinct yucky feeling that we had been dealt with insincerely (even lied to) and the technician was in a hurry to simply rush us away and get to the next client and the next $. It's a very cozy environment so you expect some personal care. But everything felt fake about the way we were talked to. We went for an anatomy scan rather than an elective ultrasound. Wanted to check for anomalies thoroughly. Usually an anatomy scan takes around 45 min to an hour. This scan took under 10 min. She snapped only one photo of everything on the list. I asked questions about my placenta location and she literally was looking at it but could not tell me the answer. I said does anterior mean here on the belly button area of the uterus or here on the top/fundus of the uterus? She said no to both questions, simply repeating "it's anterior." I don't know if she knew the answer, I had to look it up later. This is the worst part however. Three times during the scan I asked her to please check the gender. She did not respond to the first two questions and at the end when she said "Any questions?" I said " yes please go and check the gender now." She said. "sorry baby's legs are crossed. any other questions?" WHILE REFUSING to move the ultrasound probe to actually check whether baby's legs were crossed. I knew she was lying because I saw a photo of the leg portion of the anatomy scan, where she measured femur length, showing clearly two parallel uncrossed legs from underneath. She moved on so quickly and refused to let me get a good look at the genital area. And then refused to go back, lying and saying "legs crossed." I was shocked and too surprised to argue. Wish I had. We paid out of pocket to be rushed and it has me doubting whether the anatomy portion of the scan was thorough enough if she was in too much of a hurry to oblige my one 30 second request. It felt pretty violating for a moment that is supposed to be special and sacred. read more

Anderson walk in sent me to WIB for an ultra sound for a medical condition and Womb told I had a 2000 dollar deductible. I am on Medicare there is no deductible for Medicare so I left . 2 weeks later I get a call from Anderson that my ultra sound report was in .. I wonder if medicare was billed anyway... read more

Such a wonderful visit at Womb in Bloom! The staff is super friendly and made the ultrasound such a good experience for my bonus girls. They loved getting to experience seeing their baby sibling move around for the first time and I personally enjoyed the interaction the staff had with the kids! Had a gender ultrasound this week at womb in bloom. I let them know I didn't want to know the sex as we where having a gender reveal party that night. The tech did a great job keeping it hidden and gave several different options as to reveal the gender ie "lotto" type scratcher, pics in the envelope and written down in the card. It was super clean and comfortable and a good price considering we are in Redding. We will go back at 28 weeks for the 4d ultrasound! Oh and best thing is I'm only 14 weeks and they where able to see the gender read more

This is my first pregnancy ever and I was pretty anxious and went to get a first time ultrasound. She put the Doppler on my stomach for less than two seconds took one picture printed it and said here you go, your early to see anything. Try again in a week. Didn't even really explain anything. No emotion, it was just kind of an odd experience. I was in there for less than three minutes I paid $65 for that. read more

Literally hands down best place ever. Very cozy little waiting area and the technician that did my 4D ultrasound was very informative about what was going on during ultrasound and very nice. They offer recording of baby's heart beat to put in a little stuffed animal of your choice all around great experience! I definitely want to give 5stars to this facility. Since this is my first pregnancy, I had a lot of questions besides ultrasound. The staff was very willing to help me. I wasn't nervous at all. The technician was very professional. Second, the place makes me absolutely feel cozy! Lots of cute decorations and did not feel like I was in an examination room! This place is great! This is my first pregnancy, and being able to come here and have ultrasounds done has really helped me feel at ease. I love that they have a big screen that you can watch instead of having to twist your neck to see the ultrasound machine like other places usually have. I feel like the prices are very reasonable and defiantly worth the piece of mind. I'm already planning on going back for a 3D ultrasound in a few weeks! I highly recommend womb in bloom! read more

Wanted to give an update, still 5 stars! We went back because my mom wanted to go to an ultrasound with me, so we thought it would be fun to invite our parents/siblings to go with us to an appointment at Womb in Bloom and have the sex revealed that way. That room was plenty large enough for the 7 of us that came and the staff were so accommodating! Yuna was so gracious, as always, and showed off plenty of views while waiting for our little guy to uncross his legs. I knew he was a boy as we had done a blood test, but it was so fun to have the rest of the family find out via the ultrasound. I really can't recommend them enough. read more
