Who talks that way to a customer? If CVS wants their customers to remain loyal then they have to get rid of this rude intolerant manager. Conveniently, I was able to get in the very next day. Once I arrived, I was able to check in with their kiosk and I was taken back for my vaccines after waiting less than five minutes. The NP that helped me was Teresa and she was wonderful. I didn't even feel one of the vaccines and the other one was pretty close to painless as well. In addition to being great at giving the shots, she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I am typically a Walgreens gal but this experience may have just converted me over to CVS! On top of my insurance covering the vaccines with no hassle, I was even given a $10 off $20 coupon to use in the store!
