The last straw was them sending a refrigerated medication that was out so long it was hot to the touch, given this is AZ I can accept that, and they agreed to replace it. But then they claim my second medication was in the same bag which it very much was not, and they refused to address that one. This medication by the way I had been asking for over two weeks. I did a price check on my items with other local compounding pharmacies and Val vista was the most expensive in the area across the board by at least 20%! I have asked my doctor to send presscriptions elsewhere because it was always a struggle and bad experience.

And I waited on hold for almost an hour yesterday to speak to a pharmacist there, finally just had to leave a voicemail. Their response today?...a voicemail and Again, in no hurry to explain what clarification they could possibly still need From my providerfor a repeat order on a GLP1 that I've been taking from this Pharmacy, The same exact way,for over a year. We arrive 10 minutes before our appt and waited until the Pharmacy Tech was available to adminster our shots. We only waited an additional 10 minutes, as he was the only available tech at the time. He was able to get my husband and I completed fairly quickly. His bedside manner was lacking, but as someone who has manned my own office alone before, I get the focus and concentration on other things. We used to have this one pharmacist for years who got to know us pretty well (...by drug store standards. I mean, she knew who we were by the number of ear infections, pink eyes, and colds my kids would get year-round). It was a cool relationship. Anyway, something happened to her but I don't know what it is was. Sad, she's not there anymore (Hold on I need a moment...ok I'm fine now.). The new pharmacists rotate quite a bit so my visits aren't personal anymore. The photo guy with the dreads is way cool! LOVE him! In fact, all the staff there have been friendly every visit. The store is always clean and typically have everything I need in stock. I especially like the discounts I get buying the Walgreen brand. Now, they have a rewards card! Cool! We get points for filling prescriptions too! Nice... I just started the program so don't know the benefits and value just yet. I'll post tips about that in the future.
