Typical Walmart - really the only great one I've been to is the one in Fredonia and even that one slips up from time to time. This place is set up - as the almost always are - the same as the next one. However, the staff aren't really that helpful - the store was very disorganized and dirty. Do not try on clothes here. I was in the changing room and a worker tried to walk in on me and I closed the door yet she still tried to walk in. And then decided to ask how many clothes I have in there to try on...extremely rude and inconsiderate of personal space. read more

The workers at the pharmacy are very rude. They accused me of going to another pharmacy and then coming to that pharmacy this one time. Basically accused me of being a drug addict. They also are very rude to me everytime I go up there to get my songs medicines who have ADHD. I also heard the pharmacist and another worker whispering about me saying I'm abusive to my daughter because I told her she couldn't clime all over the benches. Also she had pink stamps all over her that she got from her preschool. They're terrible people. read more

I've tried connecting by phone for two days to complain about 6 items that were not delivered along with the rest of my order - value $21.00. No one answers the customer service line after pressing "0." It rings and rings and then eventually disconnects. I even gave the delivery guy an additional $5 on top of the $10.00 tip and the delivery charge. I'm very unhappy. It's the holiday season and the store should have better service and be better prepared! read more

For years and for as long as I can remember trying to get ahold of one single employee via the phone is NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE!!! And if you do they put you on hold for 10 minutes or more and then either eventually hang up or someone else comes back to ask you again what you need and does the same thing. Mentor Walmart needs torn down. The store is awful and employees are even worse. If this is the best Mentor can do it is better not to do anything. All the pharmacy staff are awesome they got all our medications transferred from Texas to Ohio. They're all so polite & friendly. The pharmacist that I've talked with is so nice friendly & well knowledge about his job. Tonight we were in this Walmart getting a few things. A young man checked us out, he was very polite and friendly. We were half way to our car and he came running after us carrying a bag that we had forgotten at the register! His name was Armoni, and I was impressed with his actions. Like my husband said, "in this day and age, how many kids would have done that?" So great job Armoni, you are a lovely young man! I avoid this place! Every time I have gone in, it's dirty & disorganized. Most (not all) the employees are rude and looks to have not showered in a really long time. You can never find anything and if you need help forget about finding anyone to help you or even know what your asking. A lot of crime happens at this store too. Watch your purse and make sure nobody follows you to your car! read more

I decided to have my Walmart website purchase shipped to this location. When I went to pick it up this evening it took over a half hour for someone to show up at the pick up counter. She was anything but pleasant. Told me twice that my shipment had not arrived and that the email I received from the site was in error. Then, she went in the back and came out with half of my order, stating that is all she was able to find and that she will call corporate tomorrow and complain on my behalf as long as I took what she gave me and left her alone.... I now remember why I have not been to this location in over a year. I now remember why I drive 20 miles to Chardon instead of 2 miles to this store. Thank you Mentor Walmart employees for making sure I never set foot in your store again. read more
