This Wal-mart is in the area so it is convenient for me to come this way. The only bad thing is that there is never any parking unless you go earlier in the day. This Wal-mart is actually pretty clean and organized compared to other ones. The other downside is that there is really no one around to help. Parking sucks here. But I love Wal-Mart! some of the cashiers are nice. But just recently I was there n two workers were doing go backs n one of them was cussing and laughing so loud!! Myself and other customers thought It was unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. One of the girls she was with comment to her about customers looking and her exact words were " I don't care, I don't give a fuck" and kept laughing. There was one manager on site that didn't even say anything to the because as we walked out we could still hear them and we were in line for a while, the lines here are not short and fast so we had to deal with it for a while. If you are looking to purchase a TV, save your time and go to any other place that sells TVs. We wanted to purchase a 65" TV, first of all there was no one around to assist. We had to go looking for someone to help us. When that salesperson went to the "back" to see if the TV was in stock, he was gone for at least 15 minutes. I don't know where the "back" was but it was obviously far away. I thought with technology one could just scan the bar code and see if there was one in stock. I guess that technology feature has not reached this Walmart yet. And that is ok, but the staff is not helpful at all. Did not offer to call another store to see if that store had the TV in stock. In fact, the only people offering us any help were the two employees that were trying to sell us something... they had clipboards and asked how I was doing. I said "not good" as I am not getting any assistance in the TV department. Anyway, we ended up spending our $800 someplace else. Very poor service at this Walmart. read more

Horrible customer service! I hate going to walmart as it is. But i needed a gift card, so i simply walk in to the customer service desk to have $1200 of gift card visas activated... There were 15 customers waiting in one line with one old lady standing at the front desk moving along slowly. Then a young kid comes to assist with the volume of customers. I get to the front and ask to buy visas and he tells me i have to go get them from the aisle. Then rewait in line. I asked him nicely to have another associate go get them. He said no everyones busy. He had a bad attitude and made me go get them myself but still cut to the front of the line. He took another customer anyways made me wait then handed me off to the bitchy old lady who condescendingly reminded me "we here at shittymart dont acticate these for u..." -yes i know u lame ass walmart employees dont do anything. ~~ UPDATE ~~ So the Store Manager called me the very same day after I had made my complaint. She was very professional and apologized for her employees bad customer service. She also offered me a free oil change next time I needed one. I dropped off my car for oil change on a weekday at 10am I gave Jason my phone number and name. He gave me a sticker to claim my car key when I came back. So I did the usual. Go around the store, bought a couple of items and went to the stores in the plaza. After an hour I headed back. I waited in their waiting room and nothing. So I finally started asking staff about my car being ready. Eventually somebody looked up my car information and they said "Oh, it's been ready". I was irritated at this point and I emphasized the fact that I had been waiting for almost 2 hours for my car. I asked why I wasn't called and they said "We announced it over the intercom. There is no phone number listed". I showed them my phone number then I was told "oh we don't call customers". Seriously??? All the manager would say was "I will talk to him [Jason]". After I paid! I had to ask for my keys and then I spoke to Jason and told him that he needs to call customers not just expect them to show up. I made sure to file a complaint on 1-800-walmart. You all can do that. It's quick and the complaint goes straight to the Store Manager's desk. Never ever bringing my car here for service. I will make sure to share this negative experience with anyone considering service there. I know people say "it's walmart". It doesn't matter, people should provide great customer service because you are being paid for it. read more

The Auto Department Sucks! I usually shop at the general store a lot and find it pleasant most of the time. And usually been OK with the automotive department as well and has been good in the past. Lately it has been a stinker. I would not suggest going to this automotive shop, they have seemed to become dismantled orderly wise and have become somewhat rude. For example, this morning I went in just to get my tire worked on since I had gotten a leak on one of my rear tires due to a screw embedded in the tire. It's a slow leak but I felt I needed to get it fixed or replaced. Since I bought a warrantee for the tires at Walmart I thought they should take care of me in style. None granted. They couldn't since I had an ongoing start up issue with my car. It wasn't a big deal. I decide to stop and get an extra copy of my warrantee since I didn't have one on me, so I went inside after I left my car to get the needed paperwork. I will eventually need it when I go to "another Walmart" and not there. While inside, I waited a bit and as the standing manager (male) asked me for my phone number of the car it was listed under, I needed to think a bit to see which number we could have listed the car in question, since we have a home phone, and three cell phones, so I started by saying "It think it's, let me see . . ." and before I could finish, the manager proceeded to say . . . "Oh sounds like you have an alias' going on" . . . I said, "Excuse me?" I explained to him, we (my wife and I) usually don't use our home phone number for things like this. . . He proceeded to become ruder, if there's such a word and said, "hhm, I see?" I said, "really? Sounds like since I'm sporting a navy-blue beanie and dark blue jacket you're profiling me". He proceeded to answer not jokingly . . ." I'll let the police profile you" I wanted to say "WTF" but I didn't. I just said, "I believe you are profiling me, very unfortunate you said that". After leaving there, I tried to just shrug it off as just plain stupidity. But then I thought, WAIT. . . I'll YELP it and hopefully he hears about it this way and I can give him a piece of my mind using Yelp. Even if this doesn't go anywhere, at least I said my peace. Plain stupidity, I would never treat a customer this way ever! I am hoping this will get back to him in a big way. Such a Jerk! Right now I would honestly say, I will never go back to that Walmart Automotive Depart ever again! read more

I like shopping at this location. even though the name says super center i see that it isnt fully one yet but there is room for it to grow, i come here for everthing that i need from school supplies to even clothes. i have gone here for about 6 years to shop and the only time i go anywhere else such as target it is because this store it out of what i am looking for. sometimes i have to wait to get helped in some of the departments and have had a few incidences where the employees were not so bice but i still shop here. one thing that baffles me is that i was getting my itouch and the person selling it to me couldnt answer any of my questions and i wasnt asking anything complex. also i checked prices online and went to the store and spent $30 more in store than online. i wish they did price similarities or something along those lines. This place is just awful. The worst in customer service that's for sure. I used to live nearby and would go to cash my check or to do some quick shopping. I have to say that each time I went was some terrible experience. Once, I thought I lost my wallet and went to "lost and found" to see if somebody had turned it in by chance. All I got was the run around and when the store manager came to assist me, she treated me worse than everyone else had been. At least they acknowledged me, she didn't listen to a word I said, let alone look at me. I seriously had to tell her several times why I had been directed to her. I remember the whole visit lasting like 35 mins. Most of which was me waiting for her rude a$$. So convenient cause it's Walmart, but don't expect any sort of professionalism from their employees. read more

Over the phone I was told one thing after another until finally going into the store and still was giving the run around until i was finally satisfied. This review is for the pharmacy. Don't take your prescriptions there. It was bad enough that the line was long and so was the wait time, but once I finally got to the counter the technician cannot even decipher my doctor's writing. They couldn't contact my doctor's office so they gave me back my prescription. WTH? Save yourself time and frustration and go elsewhere where there is competent workers. read more

This update is only because the experience I had really stood out: a Walmart employee (she was wearing the Walmart vest) and was talking to a couple of customers and blocked one of the aisles half way. I found it totally unprofessional, even for a clerk. If an employee of anyplace is going to have a personal conversation with customers, they should go to the employee lounge or to the back inside the double doors so it doesn't look so bad. I'd been looking for something and couldn't find it, I had no other choice but to stand behind her the way they were all positioned, and she barely looked when I said excuse me to her back. She found the item for me (but there was no real selection and didn't have what I was looking for), but she continued to walk and talk with the two customers and I've never seen anyone anywhere in any store have that kind of nonchalant devil may care attitude. For all I know she was a manger, and so that's even worse. That attitude of hers really stuck in my craw and shouldn't happen in any store. A brief conversation is ok. Not one that seems to go on for at least half an hour. Weird! read more

I bought a swimming pool online for in-store pick-up (not site to store) and they did not have the product. The Walmart.com site said the product was in stock for pick-up within three hours. i received an email informing that the product was not there. I tried to call and contact the store to find out what my options were. The first time I called I believed the operator hung up on me because I asked to speak with a Manager and the phone call disconnected. The second time I called I Spoke with a manager (Miguel) and he informed me that there stock is not accurate all the time. Whose problem is that? It doesn't sound like the customers fault. Then he went on to tell me that I needed to come down there to get a refund and that he couldn't help find another product else where. At this point I feel that customer service has went out the window and they just hire people to put product on the shelves and assign people to registers to take your money. Then I get an email stating, since they didn't have my product they ordered it for me. I did not agree for them to order another unit. I just want my money back at this point. So, I called the Walmart.com customer service number and she was able to process the return over the phone. I don't see the refund processed on my card yet and the woman was unable to give me a conformation number. I hope it was processed. I shall see. read more

Another horrible experience at Walmart! It's what I should of expected but it will never happen again. I had really bad experiences at this store before and I was never going to shop at Walmart again but I had bought a cell phone mount for my car and it was defective. I was in the area and decided to stop by and quickly exchange it(I know it's Walmart there is nothing quick but relatively quick for Walmart). As I got to the return/exchange counter I was grilled for my receipt and ID. I told the employee that I didn't have my receipt on me it was at home and I only had my renuwel paper from the DMV. OMG! Huge problem! Had to call a manager over for a $10 peice of plastic which I'm sure only costs them a few bucks. So, I waited for the manger to come up to tell the employee that I'm not a thief or criminal and I she can exchange it for me. Mind you, the manger asked me again for a ID and I told her the same thing. Then she asked me for other forms of ID. I told her I have a couple credit cards, my social security card, my library card but I guess I forgot my DNA sample. Out of the goodness of her heart she let me exchange it. WOW. Finally. Oh it doesn't end there, the original employee began the exchange and asked me if I wanted to go get the new one and I told her it's right here, I already got it. Then she asked me again. I told again that I already had it and showed her. She asked me again! I was dumbfounded. Can she not hear or see? So, I said again "It's right here! Look! Here! Hello! Are you even paying attention?" Then the employee got mad and couldn't do her job so she asked another employee to finish it. The original employee then walked to another employee that was working another register and started to wisper stuff to her. I'm sure about me! It wasn't my fault that she couldn't do her job. I then went home found all of my previous receipts and returned everything that I could about $160 worth of stuff including the original piece of plastic that started all of this. I forgot to mention when I was trying to find any of the stuff I bought at Walmart I called them about there return policy. The person told me that I had 15 days to return a item. I looked it up online and saw that it was 90 days. I called back to speak to the store manger to clearafy and she didn't even know. She had to look it up. I had to tell her. What is going on over there. It's seems to be run by a bunch of monleys! And I mean that! What a joke! Just go to TARGET!!! Much better customer service.
