I have heard people talk bad about big o tires multiple times in ny life and I myself have had a bad experience before at a big o before, however THIS specific location in springville has never and I mean NEVER given me a bad experience. I don't know why this store is above the rest but hands down the best big o to take your car to. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They will make sure to get you taken care of without trying to drain your wallet almost every time. They are also pretty fast in my eyes when it comes to getting you in and out no matter how busy it is. So if you are having a bad experience with big o or have never been to one then I recommend switching to the springville location for your next service.

After performing work on your vehicle, they will reach out and make sure that everything is still going OK and that you were happy with their service. While they are working on your vehicle, they will stay in frequent contact with you and send you a report on what they found before you pick the car up so you know what to expect. I have found their prices to be very fair, and they have even suggested at times that I get my work done that I needed through insurance as it would probably be cheaper for me, and I appreciate their honesty. The only criticism I would offer is he didn't bring coffee and bagels, because that's the only way I could see this experience being better than it was. Pricing was fair, a little higher than some discounted tire shops, 100% acceptable given the convenience of using his fuel to come right to my house and I could just go about my morning. Absolutely worth the time & money. Absolutely loved thier truck\trailer "tire shop on wheels" concept. Soooo much better than dying for 3 hours. I've had a few bad experiences with tire shops where they scratched wheels or ripped the bead on the tires. Turning 3 hours into 8 hours and 5 trips back to get made whole. FML! I had Kevin come this morning and mount tires on my basically brand new gangster wheels for my 4runner. Not a scratch in sight, in fact I think he cleaned them before putting them back on. I used to love this location, and loved bringing my car here because I trusted the workers, but the…read morelast couple of visits they've been EXTREMELY rough with my car. They don't care about causing any damage to your car and they especially won't inform you when they cause the damage. Took my car in to get a pre-roadtrip check about a month ago, and one of the mechanics snapped my hood cable so my hood is now unable to get open and it will cost between $200-$400 for me to get repaired. Of course, no one informed me that this occurred, so I had no clue my hood was broken until I tried to pop my hood open myself a few days later. My hood was functioning properly before I took it in, yet they declined that they caused damage and refuse to repair it so that's great for me! Went back to get my tires replaced a couple weeks later (don't know why I went back... that was my first mistake), and suddenly the trim on my car around my back tire is starting to come off. It's an easy fix, but it's just upsetting to see the damage they cause and don't inform me of, or even try to fix. Very disappointed. I never write bad reviews, but hopefully this will be helpful to others. You can tell they rush the job, aren't gentle with your car, and clearly couldn't care less about their customers. I would literally steer clear of this Provo location.

At one point I could no longer unlock the Driver's side door from the outside or inside as the long metal arm between the locking peg and the lock itself broke off. No one made or sold that part anymore. I thought I'd have to finish my last year without a car, and then my first couple paychecks after that trying to get a newer one. The mechanics at Mitchell machined a new part and then installed it for about $20. The car saw me through commissioned officer training in the Air Force, and my young family to our first duty station on the East Coast.
